Instead of a photo in the bottom space of your weeklies, maybe you can doodle something? Thanks for sharing, I’m considering starting a travelers notebook but I’m still in the research phase (:

Hi, I’m so late to this video! I normally watch all your attic archive videos, but I’ve had a “off-youtube” time again, so I’m watching all the stuff I missed on while gone. Anyway, I didn’t want to share my life story, but ask about discord: you mentioned you are in a server, and I’m looking specifically for one made for/of disabled or chronically ill people. If you have any recommendations or suggestions could you please share them? 🙏 a Reddit community would be great too.

Maybe will help with your sleep::: look up keto and/or carnivore diets. You mentioned you were bad at eating, you mentioned toast and ramen and coffee, maybe you need more protein and healthy fats and less carbs. It helped me! Just look it up and consider it

I log every pain, every night of sleep, every nightmare and night terror now, and restless night. I log everything now in my digital journals, which I have many of, so I can corrilate all the data my doctor was refusing to acknowledge. It took going to a doctor two hours away for a specific diagnosis. It took finding a doctor I'm still fighting with over pain levels to advocate for myself. It's a lot of work and it's scary but if you don't do it and tell them and, think to yourself they think my crazy, then your not getting the treatment you deserve at this point as a women. Alot of studies haven't even been done yet on womens health. Keep pushing. Keep logging all your symptoms. I have a medical journal now that I log every day, along with my daily bujo of what I did that day with time logging, with a daily written journal which tracks everything else. It's taken years to get my treatment. Your doing great.

I tend to watch Coraline on repeat cause I love stop motion animation and they used several different speeds throughout the movie to change how the clay looked for example the ghost children. And it's a comfort watch often. It sounds like we like a lot of the same movies.

Thanks but you left out what I consider better than all these, the Polaroid Hi Print. I have owned all these except the Thermal and the Polaroid is the best IMO. Only one that I kept.

Cooling down tip from Hawaii (electricity is expensive here)… I bought the ice packs for sore back, the kind with the blue gel beads that are pliable when frozen, even has a Velcro strap to hold it in place. Take them out of the freezer and put into a pillow case and put it behind your back, or lay it on your chest or even put your feet on it…instant cool down . Hope that helps someone . I get really uncomfortable mentally and emotionally when I’m too hot as well. Thank you for sharing with us ❤

Suggestion that helped me so much with maintaining a journal practice start out with either a junk journal that you made or repurposed( my first was a partially used planner from 2020, cause what was the use of planning😂!) or just a kids 50 cent composition book, that way when you dump all your feelings, and ugly cry on it, or rip the cover, and snot on the pages you dont care its junk to start with and once you get used to being vulnerable like that you can upgrade because you will know that the pretty journals can take your ugly feelings, and crappy handwriting just as well.....the point is you, the reason is you this will help you let the roadblocks go.. happy Journaling!

I basically have the same type of routine as you and it’s so comforting to hear that somebody else functions like I do. Every time people ask me what I do on days where I’m not at work I feel like I really struggle to answer because I feel like I just…exist. I feel like so many people have routines that centre around going out and doing particular activities, while everything else like meals are kind of inconsequential? While I feel like my routine is just waking up at the same times, eating at the same times, and then everything just kind of works around that. The most structure I have in the “other” category is more about how I feel like some things feel right to do in the morning while some are afternoon things, etc. Sorry for a bit of a braindump here 😅 I know this is a pretty old video but I just wanted to say your channel is such a safe space for me and I really enjoy your company <3

I’m dyslexic, and it takes me longer to read a book than the average person. But I’ve been enjoying “Lasher” by Anne Rice. It’s the second book to The Mayfair Witches series. I also have seasonal depression in the summer. And I’ve recently moved into the attic, so that my aunt, who is disabled, could have my old room on the main floor. I know exactly what you’re talking about with the heat in the attic. I’m sick of it already.
