  You have the right to believe that! I personally think the remake did a lot of things better than the original but of course the original has its own charm that isn't fully retained in the remake. Regardless, the remake is a great game and I've spent countless hours in it 🤣

  @@LouvreJaramill I've got 200 hours right now. I overall prefer the remake nowadays but of course it's a totally different experience from the OG and both are still playable so I can always go back to the OG if I ever wanna scratch that itch 🤣

  @@LouvreJaramill I actually like the Remake Leon when looking at the older RE2R model. Shows how he has matured compared to the older game. The gameplay is obviously a highlight of the remake, but I honestly also enjoyed the new evolution of the characters. Only one I'd say that got a downgrade was Ada but overall an improvement imo. All of this is subjective at the end of the day though!

  I wasn't using FSR or DLSS! Just used the raw resolution output. I had all the other settings set to their respective max though, figured it wouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things considering I'd be working with like 2 pixels by the end of the video 😭

  For anyone wondering it uses the Maxio MAP1602 controller and either 2x 1GB or 4x 512GB QLC NAND packaged by hosin global, single sided. Which you get is luck of the draw. Definitely do not use in a laptop as the drive does not support any power saving features at all, so idle power draw is very high. No DRAM cache, but it does use a small 32MB HMB. Samples with the 2x1GB NAND have a 500GB pSLC cache, the drives with 4x512GB seem to vary tremendously using anywhere from a 128GB-768GB pSLC cache so performance will likely vary a good deal between samples but should generally be respectable. SMART data is unreliable as they report fictitious values. They have used desoldered NAND from previously used SSD's before but seem to have moved away from that. They typically use lower tier NAND intended for use in USB keys so expect significantly less P\E lifecycle then you would with an SSD from a known manufacturer. No clue on if they will be inclined to honor their warranty, I'm skeptical given the quality of NAND their using makes the claimed 5yr warranty seem pretty ambitious but I have no knowledge. I have heard they've requested RMA'd drives be shipped to NY rather then China for whatever that's worth.

  I think that 15 is actually probably just about the most absolute barest ass minimum for the technical sense of "playable." But, to me it's pretty much basically down to genre too, where like a fast action paced shooter you need probably about a good 45 fps, for me I already know quite literally based on CDPR that is 42. 42fps is my actual answer based upon The Witcher 3 being about 36fps in Toussaint and idk like 39 in parts of Novigrad but is otherwise about 42fps on my settings throughout the game which is based a combination of medium to high settings which , I forget what it was honestly just reduced draw distance, crowd density don't achieve much but there's a mix of different settings I have geared toward the best looking absolute mininmal playable experience on a GTX 780m 4gb (especially when clocked at 901mhz) + i7 4800hq clocked at 2.7ghz to 3591mhz boost clocks on a quadcore hyperthreaded. Which for me also Cyberpunk gets roughly 42fps at 1440p on all ultra settings with a RX 5700XT 8gb. I leave the settings as high as possible and realized I found that is the absolute minimal. The answer is literally 42fps average. Which is pretty much equivalent to, probably I dunno 35fps lowest lows, some of the times it drops down to about 36fps it gets bordering on unplayable, probaly bc my lows begin dropping beneath 30fps. So anyway that's with a over the shoulder sword fighter fast action paced game and a first person shooter. For me crpgs and Turn Based Tactics like XCOM2 and Rogue Trader are at least technically playable at 24fps, but anything below this is so awful I consider it might as well unplayable, 4x is fine beneath 25fps depending if it doesn't have realtime combat. Endless Space 2 gets weirdly bad fps on the galaxy map, I think they are rendering all the planets or something. City sims pretty much need 30fps+. My preference is about 75fps but to me anything about 75hz I just don't care about enough. I can't believe I played XCOM2 at like 17fps though.

  Lol You underestimate Ryzen CPU, especially X3D, now Try intel 12th gen or 13th or even 14th single core with Base Clock, no performance boost vs Ryzen x3D single core base Clock, intel won't survive anything. and userbenchmark will delete itself if you did it and goes viral.

  I think the main problem I had was I was boosting the volume too much in post without any extra stuff done to it. So what I've done is I'm recording on a different mic + dragging the mic audio into a DAW so I can edit the audio a lil better 😎

  I don't think so unfortunately, the game completely froze while loading in chunks so it basically dropped to 0 fps at some points. Maybe I should revisit this with Minecraft Bedrock instead of Java 🤔

  Cap won't help since it needs threads to both render frames and load chunks. If only 1 core/2 threads are available it won't be able to do both.

  I have another mic that sounds a lot better but I often have issues with connectivity for whatever reason. I'll try and use it for the next video 🫡 I think a problem I have is also staying consistent in my speaking volume. I get excited or hyper when I start talking sometimes and it can result in some parts of my recording being louder than others lol
