Nyob Zoo (Hello) Everyone!
My Name is Cindy Her, I am a full time Pastry Chef in the Pacific Northwest and part time food content creator for C.HerCreations (C.HawjCreations). I specifically focus on Hmong food I grew up eating but I also venture into other South East Asian food as well.
As a second generation Hmong American woman, my goal is to teach you what Hmong people love to eat, what we cook, how we cook it, how it has evolved, and how we enjoy it. So WELCOME to my channel! I want you to learn a little bit more about the Hmong food culture and I hope you all stay tuned on this culinary adventure with me. Let's get cooking! :)

This is EVERYTHING i wanted to know from A-Z, tyyyy! I took on lemongrass as my plant project this year and went all out in my planter beds, and was wondering what to do with the grass leaves- now i know!! the best part about everything you showed is that it's self-sustaining! year after year. wow, amazing

If you add the eggs after mixing in the dry ingredients, you won’t get those grainy unmixed flour.
Idk the Hmong version but I make the Mein version. My in laws grow the herbs themselves
You make so easy to make. I will try it! Very good in sharing!
Beautiful video! Your garden is so peaceful and your voice is very soothing. I hope you will make an updated garden video for this year. Also, I would love to see content about your mom's herb garden and all of her chicken soup herbs. <3
Thank you so much for the very detailed & well explained video🥰
Thanks so much
What you have there is actually citronella. Lemmon grass is green from the roots up. The reddish colour like yours there is citronella. The colour is the only difference between the two. Otherwise they the same
Where did he buy that knife?
Where are you a pastry chef at?!? I am headed to Seattle area soon and wonder if you’ll be around there?? Would love to try/visit your work!! Also would really like to know more Hmong people in Seattle area! If anyone is open for meeting, lmk!
I keep coming back to this video for detail ideas/ info on how to for lemongrass growing and usage. I love the way you use every part of the plant and how your mom makes those beautiful leaf bundles. Now I know, I won’t throw my leaves in the bonfire. Your way of life makes me miss the simple life in my home country, Vietnam. Best video I have ever come across. Would you please tell me what type of nursery pots you use there? The material, size, where to buy them? Thank you much.
This brings back good memories with my mom. I made this today and omg your way of the ingredients taste so much better
