This channel follows the travels and life of me (Ricky) & my wife Nat.
You'll find a variety of videos on here showing our nomadic journey around Australia and abroad. These have been made while learning how to edit, film and produce travel videos - so the quality of uploads may vary, especially on older videos.
A little about on us: In 2019 we quit out jobs in Los Angeles (Premium Sector Manager at Tourism Australia & Primary School teacher in Beverly Hills), intent on living and working as we travelled the world. Covid interrupted those plans but after a couple of years back in Australia, we're again overseas and sharing occasional videos about our experiences & places we briefly call home.
If you'd like to know a little more about the two of us, you can visit www.lifedunndifferently.com & if you'd like to support us and see future videos, please subscribe to the channel, click the bell icon and give a thumbs up!
Thanks for watching and let us know what you think!

Thanks for visiting Cambodia. hope everything treat u well and hope to u come again. ❤
Worse place for a woman to live and be born but the place look beautiful
Great video, thanks. I'm saving up to go to Tobago!
Tobago is a beautiful paradise Island but Tobagonian people are a nasty minded breed of people. They don't want Trinidadians living there they don't want foreigners living there they want everyone to come spend the money and get off their island. I have never seen so much negative energy and envy until I went to Tobago. I forgot to tell you about the obeah and wickedness that goes on in that island.
Grossed out “ where do you think you stay out?❤
Thank you for visiting our country
Cleanest air in the world, cleanest water in the world and friendliest people. What more can you ask for?
Sehr schön
Great video! I will go there in June and this video helped me a lot.. I intend to stay at the same place, which is lovely.. pity that it got more expensive than you mentioned :D
Wonderfully presented. Magnificent cinemaphotography . Well done. Lived there for 7 years. You really captured the essence of Australia's last, best kept secret. Cheers, dd
Thank you for sharing , How far is the walk to the waterfall from Tamarind House ? thanks !
Only 5-10 minutes away and it’s a lovely walk along a creek
What do you suggest for first time visitors too the country to do or things to see
Enjoy the beaches!
Please visit us again!❤
We would love to! Such fond memories and a highlight of 2023
nice place to live
It really is!
Lived in Warooka 2 or 3 ks from Flahertys. Now live in Goolwa. SA has some of the best beaches in Australia
We’re a lucky country!
Nice work 💯🇦🇺
Thanks 👍
Beautiful 💚💚💚
Thank you! 😊
Thank you for an honest and unbiased documentary (not too many of those on the subject of Eswatini/Swaziland 🙏🏽
My pleasure - I’m glad you enjoyed it
Clean and tidy but it’s still the end of the earth
You say that like it’s a negative thing?!?
I have been watching a few Tasmania clips and so far this one has been awesome. Was planning to visit London but now thinking Tasmania. We are from Norfolk Island and certain you would find our island a gem as it is the Second Convict Settlement. It has some great track walks and great weather over the November through April. You have inspired us to visit Tasmania cheaper than London and full charm and beautiful places to visit. Also thinking Motor Home Camper van.
Thank you very much for the kind words. Would love to travel to Norfolk Island, it sounds fantastic. I hope you get to Tassie and love it as much as we do
Love this video. I'm from the UK and have just spent 9 weeks in Tas and mainland Oz. this has brought back so many great memories, thank you for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you 🙏
Tasmania - rajska wyspa. Przyroda jest wyjątkowa - jak z czasów Gondwany. Zachwycają mnie drzewiaste paprocie. W moim kraju ( Polska ) widziałam je jedynie w oranżeriach. Mamy surowy klimat. Śliczny film.
Thank you very much
Miss Joanne I love your food 😊😊😊😊😊
❤️ Great person and great food!!!
I know Stephanie Lady from Virginia
Just two weeks ago we booked this rental for a few days next December. I clicked your video to see more about Eswatini and was amazed to see the rental in the first few minutes of your video. Nearly gave my husband a heart attack when I saw the rental lol. Great video, now it’s clear we need more than 3 nights in this beautiful country. Never enough time, I’ll be checking out the rest of your trip. Looking forward to catching up on your travels.
Great to hear. Say hi to Stephanie for us and have a fantastic visit!
Wow Man. Beautiful Vlog. I wonder where you were before, just came across your video.❤ Please do make more vlogs on Africa. Thanks.❤
Thanks a lot mate. I am working on one now so hopefully won't be too long 😁
@@LifeDunnDifferently thanks for the reply
Flaherty beach York Peninsula is stunning ! Thank you for this fantastic video .
Lived in Warooka a couple of kilometres from flahertys walked it every morning with the pups. Great beach and Warooka a fantastic little town. Lovely people I miss it
Tasmania is stunning !
It is beautiful
A lot of Australian born Europeans always tell you the beaches overseas are clearer and bluer than the ones in Australia. Mind you they only been to Brighton beach or Sans Souci . They don’t travel Australia to see how natural and stunning our beaches are . The beaches near Esperance are breathtaking.!Thank you so much for your amazing video .
Hi Louisa - thanks for your comments and support. Agree, I've been all over the world and it's hard to beat Australia's beaches - not just the colour of the water but the cleanness and the lack of seaweed you find in so many iconic beaches definitely puts ours at #1
Thank you for the beautiful video.
You're very welcome mate. Cheers!
Been twice and loved it, but it’s been 17 years… I sure hope it’s the same as I remember?
If you go back and get the answer please let me know!
Great video guys, I'm a local Tasmanian and I'm impressed with this clip. Great work
Cheers Pete. Heading back there soon and very excited.

You're welcome and your country is stunning!
I went to Tassie early 1970’s, really nice island. Your video brought back happy memories. Hope to return soon.
That's nice to hear. Good luck getting back there.
I like eswatini, good example of a non-muslim absolute monarchy
Politics is quite contentious there but I really enjoyed my visit and meeting the people
Where is the place it a beautiful experience from watching the video
The lodge or the country 🧐
Very well done video and commentary my friend. My wife and I are going 1st time in July. Your video was very helpful. Thank you for posting.

Wow! Very nice video. Love it! ❤ In the process of planning a trip for my 60th b-day end of 2024. Wasn't sure where to go, but after watching your video. I can stop my search and head to Aruba 🇦🇼 a place I've always wanted to visit. Thank you for sharing 😊 🙏🏻.
That's so good to hear. Thank you for sharing and I hope you guys have a fantastic trip.
Thank you!
We lived in Tassie for 20 years, first 6 in Queenstown and rest on a farm at Wilmot. Loved our life there but sadly had to return to Qld and family due to ill health. Tassie will always be our “ other” home. Next time you visit check out Wilmot “ valley of views” and the iconic “quirky letterbox’s”.
Thanks for the tips. I'll keep them in mind!
thanks for showing the world a haven on earth .....LONG LIVE eSWATINI lONG LIVE HIS MAJESTY THE KING
Cheers Trevor. Loved our time in Eswatini.

Excellent overview for those who can't make the trip. Well done, and keep up the good work.
Thank you Roger, much appreciated.
Is it windy ?
Yes, Aruba gets windy and I normally dislike windy days but found the breeze here to be pleasant.
