  I'm currently still waiting for Ripster to be delivered. I quickly pre-ordered him before he gone out of stock, then back in stock at a higher price than Jab and Slash. And I did watch Street Sharks as a kid, even Extreme Dinosaurs 🦖

  I like how they're designed to look like the classic TMNT figures, but with textured skin. If the articulation was done better, they would then be perfect 👌

  I bought the original set from target since day one. At this point they should’ve came out with these guys with the colored bandanas would’ve been sick. Missed opportunity imo…

  Got my William in the OG version. Love this dude. Paint and articulation is exceptional. Can't wait to see what LooseCollector is cooking with their even bigger Crypt-sized werewoof boys, who somehow feel like a "we can do him even better and bulkier" counter attack. :D

  Just got my red Ketuta and black Thales. You are right. They are beautiful and quite heavy for their size. The best minotaur figures, imo. I love and collect monsters and these 3 amigos are up there among the best builds. A question though, how did you swap the legs without snapping the joints? Mine crack and squeeze so much, I don't dare to try. And how is one supposed to strip the belt armor (for custom pieces)?

  I was a little apprehensive originally given the price… I want the comics and the little vehicles for my monsterarts but the price for the whole set was a little much. But I did NOT know the buildings were customizable, now I’m sold, I need the whole wave 😂😂

  I’m going for the Monster Arts easily, as I only collect exclusively Monster Arts for a Godzilla line. Also, this figure will be so rare and so expensive in the future, I don’t see Tamashii Nation doing a reissue/rerelease/rehash of this figure in the future. It is not a classic monster design and not a character who has a lot of following.

  I have only just begun to do any sort of modeling. Last time I did something like this it was 1979. I’m in no way ready to do anything like this but maybe someday I will get there. I bought a couple figures off eBay that were broken and bought the parts to fix, but painting is difficult for me.

  I know this figure is for 1/18 scale figure collector and i respect that, as a 1/12 scale figure collector i will respond like this, “come on just make it 1/12, i would swoop all the figures of the Altered Beast if that is the case”.

  I just preordered a second release of this white version of this guy and also currently waiting for the 4 loosecollector great wolves I preordered last year. Definitely gonna preorder tha monster force kiloworg (Black version of this figure).

  My other two heads, the holes are small and do not enter the head peg…did you face the same issue? If yes, what did you do to resolve it ! Any advice will be great !

  I used my heat gun to heat holes before pushing them on, hope that helps¡

  I'm going with the Hiya Toys version because it does look good in my eyes and that do collect a bit more of Hiya Toys products than SHMA. Now, the SHMA version isn't too shabby still to each their own because we're going to have a Shimo on the shelf whomever makes her regardless.

  I'm so glad that you pulled out the different reference shots from the movie. I had those loaded up in a PPT and OBS decided I couldn't show them! Shimo's size definitely yoyos throughout the movie in comparison to the other monsters. I don't mind the size of the SHMA, but that price is certainly a barrier. Thanks for the shout-out and the headpats at 8:21. When you mistakenly referred to Iris as Isis I laughed out loud!

  Personally, I'm going for hiya. I prefer the screen accurate design. Is it a. Bit small, yeah, but it's not a deal breaker. The shm is stylized, and the price is obscene. I'm not knocking anyone who likes it but not for me.

  Hiya has to make shimo a couple inches bigger because when Godzilla tackled her he wrapped his arms around her neck and her head was laying on half his body she has to be a little bit bigger she was big in the movie

  nah dood you likeable. You earned that. Also you have ppl in comments section. some folks reach out to people even if sub count seems low to us. I saw Toddfather mcfarlane do an interview on a channel with barely over 2k subs and was floord and he didnt phone it in. They talked and it was so refreshing bc it was clearly two fans talking about toys and comics and not simple just a big numbers game.
