  Hi, I'm not sure if this helps, but I would suggest checking that the paper size in the Tray 1 cassette matches the size set in the device settings. Additionally, you could try swapping the feeder assembly between Trays 1 and 2 to rule out issues with the rollers, clutch, etc. Generally, the E061 error indicates an incorrect paper size.

  6528A and 5528A are completely different fusers

  It is very similar to 4515AC, but not the same. 6528A Belt (6LL51804000 BT-FC6525), Sheet Pad (6LJ58874000 SHEET-PAD-BELT), Pressure Roller (6LK55468000 PR-FC505).

  Raally nice video, I appreciate the close up shots on what needs to be taken off.I work as a copier technician, we fix a lot of KM units, this tear down would not work in a field environment, too much involved, time, parts and it would kill any other calls you might have that day,so we just replace the whole assembly.

  Thanks for the tutorial, very good! I followed the tutorial and it worked perfectly, the first printing was perfect but then the papers started to crumble. Do you know what it could be please?

  Hi, it may be a few reasons. 1 - lower pressure roller has been installed from a different model ie: C224. (36:47) C454e and C224 are "almost the same", but the lower-pressure roller has a different diameter. 2 - make sure you installed the tension spring in the correct way (48:30) 3 - (13:32) Ensure the orange roller and bearings are in good condition. 4 - it can be damp paper 5 - check the service manual regarding to topics: Fuser motor speed and fusing temperature.

  Excellent and thorough disassemble and reassemble with new kit. Lighting is perfect! This rebuild looks smooth, seasoned hands are obvious. I have a 8518A with a C471 error and will need to at least replace the thermostat (fuse). It will be my first breakdown of this fuser and this helps! Thank you so much for posting, please post more! What video software do you use? FST

  I clean the unit as show, now when is printing make some white lines, what can I do to solve this?

  I think some debris left between the magnet roller and "doctor blade". The silver magnet roller [10:40] must be vacuumed very well. And also filled up with new developer material. Try to slot piece of paper into the gap between the yellow stripe [24:52] and a magnet roller and swipe from right to left a few times. After that spin a magnet roller [25:05] to make sure lines gone. But if you have debris inside the unit - the issue will occur again.

  @@pbwis Thanks for your replay. I rolled back and forward very slowly the magnet roller and it got cover but this did not solve the problem. I tried cleaning the drum that solved the problem
