Excellent and thorough disassemble and reassemble with new kit. Lighting is perfect! This rebuild looks smooth, seasoned hands are obvious. I have a 8518A with a C471 error and will need to at least replace the thermostat (fuse). It will be my first breakdown of this fuser and this helps! Thank you so much for posting, please post more! Hi, I'm not sure if this helps, but I would suggest checking that the paper size in the Tray 1 cassette matches the size set in the device settings. Additionally, you could try swapping the feeder assembly between Trays 1 and 2 to rule out issues with the rollers, clutch, etc. Generally, the E061 error indicates an incorrect paper size.
