Or you could just pay five bucks for a new one
'On accident' should be 'by accident' brother. Cool design though. What are the tolerances on that USB C port to allow it to fit?
the amount of space this ends up making a tiny cable take up makes this instantly useless
😂😂😂😂
Can also use offset!
Nice job dude!
Just drag color to text folder instead of each letter
Can you sell the STL's without taking the course? I like the design
Tape... Its only thing you need to pack a cable
You can do this faster and easier with FreeCAD. I'm not being smart ass but I'm try to save you money and support a brilliant open source project. 👍
I been looking for something like this FOR SOOOO LONG
I knew I was hearing a deep southern accent. I’m within 150 miles northwest from you. It’s a very distinctive accent that stands out particularly well when recorded on any mic. Ha
Short before this was a chiropractor session. Now this video. How does KZread know I love things that click! UPDATE: the following short was about a mechanical keyboard
Me using Type A to Type C: 🥲
I didn't know you could select a diagonal line for you pattern
Does it fit a 3kg spool?
That's really cool
Its pronounced cam-ber
what is this software
Omg this channel is amazing!! I just started learning 3DCAD and design and Love the explanation, this is so helpful.
I would be worried about braking the cable since there's no slack given to the cable
That would probably cost less than $3 from JLC
Creating a "light model" 😅
Must remember this!
Where is the full video?
If I wanna embedd some bigger magnet and I want it to make it the 5th way, shuldn't I be concerned about the printer sucking that magnet back up? Like... I have a round 15 by 5mm magnet with the pulling force of 2 kilos (0.59 by 0.2inch and pulling force 4.4 pounds)
genius! thanks for sharing
Any idea if this will be available on Amazon again ? I know the video was like a year ago, but I just saw it while looking for enclosures
Fans of warhammer and d and d printing have been using a thing called openlock for years now.. I'm very happy with it so far
That not how you use calipers to measure hole to hole. Flip them use the back side measure the Dia. Of hole one zero caliper
Would you make the first channel slightly lower so the initial bend to start the wrap is gentler on the cable?
What do you even do with it if
The joining surfaces need to be pretty thick for that to work and it cant be that easily removable. What about joining thin surfaces that is easily removable?
Best it glue it with super glue. Holes should be tiny bit deeper, like 0,2mm so that magnets don’t hit each other. Or make small thin caps that cover them at least on one magnet from pair.
WITH WALL ! HOW DID I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT !
What program do you use for the making the 3d model?
What firmware do you use to stay horizontal?
19 for the stl 💀 really...
You really need to show the demonstration for more than 1 second. 3-5 seconds would do
Maybe use soft filament for the stamper for better ink adherence
um pretty sure I c an print a part that looks like that if I just turn on fuzzy feature
where can i find the stl?
there isn't one, he just sells it... hope someone reverse-engineers it
Its giant
he said Nut XD
Hepa filter will do nothing for organic vapors.
This is why I've been trying to find a way to fully enclose my printer and vent out of the room to the outside but I'm too dumb on how to do any of this while also being able to adjust and keep temps inside the enclosure when printing with certain materials. I just don't know how to build what I want and just randomly came across this while looking. Lol I have a Prusa Mk3s+ with an MMU and have only used PETG and PLA but wanted to start working with more other martials and build me an enclosure to not breath in anything at all for very very long print jobs.
The explanation...made sense? Seems like everyone trying to overcomplicate their designs to sound more advanced
do you have a link for that clean cable caddy model file?
there isn't one, he just sells it... hope someone reverse-engineers it
The magnets giving limited resistance but still give with pressure is why this works so well
There’s always those few cables that are 1.07 meters long that mess up the whole system.
Can you please do it again a little slower and in better picture quality? PLEASE!
