Sounds like half of your problems would be solved if you used some kind of release agent. Unless you're already using one, in which case : keep iterating and you'll get it soon.

Looks like the silicone isnt curing. If those molds are 3d printed with resin, you need to get a coating to seal it with simething like inhibit-X as the resin reacts with most silicone to prevent it from curing.
