To believe comes by faith. True faith is a gift... no one has it of themselves. But to know is an experience. You have lived it. It is good to believe in Jesus, but it is much better to know him by experience. This you cant explain to any human who has not had similar experiences...except ofcourse the gift of faith is given to them.
