The Sports Shop with Reese and K-Mac

The Sports Shop with Reese and K-Mac

The Sports Shop is more than just a sports talk radio show. By design, it’s a way of life, capturing the spirit of what happens when family, friends, and acquaintances gather to talk about the big game, who’s moving to what team, and who’s getting paid. It’s families watching Thanksgiving Day NFL or Christmas NBA. It’s everyday activities-the men at the barbershop and the women at the salon, and everybody at the cigar lounge, ready talk about what unites-a love of sports-rather than what divides (almost everything else!).
The Sports Shop is one of the fastest growing and most active sports talk shows on the air today. In radio good ratings and listeners do count. The show is fun with lots of personality, but more importantly, the sports topics and the mega sports star connections that are used every day.
Erroll Reese (Reese)
Kevin K-Mac McClendon (K-Mac)

Stupid thumbnail nobody’s the face of wnba or the nba ,there’s individual players that are good at what they do ,if you concerntrate on 2 people that’s just demeaning to any other player that’s got the same work ethics.

There is only one player the public gives a damn about, Clark. No one actually cares about the league itself. If the WNBA shuns her, the "fans" will just shrug and go back to not paying attention.

doesn’t Caitlin have more blocks then Angel 😂 it’s not about rebounding your own shot being part of the game, it’s just ugly, especially when you have NBA fans coming over and that’s what they see.

For 27 years, the WNBA has vacillated from stupefying obscurity or abject ridicule. 2 months ago, the entire nation took notice of the league and attendance and interest skyrocketed. CC is not a rising tide, she is a tidal wave who has single-handedly thrust her sport into the national conversation. The logo should be a silhouette of a CC cross-over, stepback 28-ft jumper, going to her left, ponytail flying, as that shot is unique to her and the league. Yes there are women all time greats in the league, but none of them brought a slight fraction of the attention that CC has and it's not even close.

In all honesty..for whatever reason...it seemed as if Mu's head was just not in the game. When she was on her winning streak....she always confidently headed towards the front of the pack. In the past few races, Mu has lagged behind and has gotten in trouble. Seems like her head is not quite in the game. I feel for her...she's a great talent! I sincerely hope she can get back on her game and overcome whatever she's going through in her personal life. God bless Athing Mu. ❤❤❤

The girl behind her that fell in last USA trials 3 years ago and finished last and won the trials this year was the one who one these trials. Her leg hit athing and made her stumble and then the girl behind athing put her hand out to avoid crashing into athing and hit her on her back causing athing to fall. Athing never ran into anyone. A reactor slowed the race down and broke the fall frame by frame. They ran into her.

In France the system is pretty clear for a kid to reach top level : 1- when you are in U11 category in your club, you're detected by official staff of the french basketball federation who are working at the "département" level (equivalent of the state in the US) 2- If you're selected, you entered the "state" academy for 2 years (U13 category) with 2 trainings a week and potentially the "state" team while still remaining with your club 3- each year the "state" teams play against each other in a regional tournament (corresponding to the second year in the state academy for a player), best players (girl/boy) are offered to join Pôle Espoirs of the region (a regional academy for best potential). 4- In this academy (2 years in U15), within a school, they have a special planning mixing school (mendatory) and basketball (still with thei club the week-end). They learn the principles of what is to be a professionnal athlete (training, food, rest, ...). 5- During their stay at those academies, the federal Staff (national team (U15)) start to get informations, start to individually follow them, get videos, ... 6- While at those academy best players join a "zone" team (North-West, South-West, ...) regrouping the best players of these zone academies and they play multiple tournaments against other zones under the watch of federal staff to join french national U15 teams. 7- After 2 years at the academy, best of them are offered to join INSEP (federal school of sport next Paris) there they play against professional players in the 3rd basketball division (NF1 for girls, NM1 for boys) 8- Those who do not join INSEP, can join professional clubs potentials academy and play either a youth league and/or a professional team So within a 6/7 year span, as a player, you're passing through multiple selective steps, leading to a really selective high end group that give french players and France the best chance to perform at the highest level. Pardon my english :/

Caitlin is leading in STAT's. Just leave it at that. Chicago is leading the league in %FGA 2pt at 79.5%, but Angel is only 17% of the scoring. Indiana's %FGA 2pt is 63.1, of which Caitlin is 26% of the scoring. I believe a rookie or any player of the year should be determine on there overall contribution to the team victories.

But you guys can't stand that with your hate, so you make shit up and act like you're disappointment is logical or is any basis. This is why nobody watches your kkk vibed show

Mr. Blue shirt is all emotions and no logics, he doesn’t even have a suggestion for what he is ranting about. 😅 The trials is for exactly the purpose of fairness. It’s one rule for all. The only event that allows defending champion a free card is world championship. This is the Olympics. No matter how good you are you have to still show up at trials and hope for the best. Christian Coleman been the fastest in USA all year yet he didn’t make the 100m team. In 2008 Shelly Ann Fraser came second at the trials and Veronica Campbell the known top performer was placed fourth. A lot of Jamaicans had Mr. Blue Shirt’s logic. Let Veronica replace Shelly. But that same Olympics Shelly won her first goal medal and you know the rest. Also, the other two Jamaican athletes tied for silver. It’s ignorant to speak failure over the actual representatives that worked hard for their positions and fairly qualified to represent the country.

I don't really know if I want to change our current system but to solve this a good idea would be to follow what the Kenyans do. Top 2 make it for sure, 3rd place is decided by the committee. Usually 3rd goes, but in situations like this they send the best.

Athing Mu's mishap is as unfortunate as it's unfair. She was tripped from behind, by no fault of hers. Her status and record should qualify her for a place in Paris '24, as a wild card. Let us not lose the thought of 2020 when a competitor caused Allyson Felix to drop the baton. Resultantly, team USA was out of the race However, the incident was reviewed and Team USA was given a chance to qualify, by running solo, on time. kzread.info/dash/bejne/a4usuK-xc7vPmto.html
