I would like to hear you sing
Honestly they all sound like they could be true. It’s nice to feel them all. But seriously I cry every time I watch or hear this song. Absolutely amazing
The fact that we had to wait 2 YEARS!!!! For this reaction!! 😂😂😂
The guys with the DEEPEST voice is Luke Taylor!! He's soooo good!!
Seems like Morisette becomes now the “standard”. 💖
Stars already++ Awesome ❤❤❤❤🎉❤️🩹❤️🩹
They are serving "telling you I´m not going" vibe
Love Nicole
The most beautiful South Africans!! Love them so much!!
My Shot is a great way of showing hamilton’s egotistical side. When he was young, he had a hunger. He had nothing to live for, so he only lived for himself. And for me, that drive and motivation in his past ended up driving him through his life. In my eyes, thats why that song is repeated throughout the musical. The ego and his pride drove him till the end. Until he realized that he is losing his shot. His pride, he dueled with Burr. His shot is equivalent to his life.
I'm sorry but no. Christien job here is so easy I react just like this when I listen to Ramin's Phantom 🤣
Wtf... like why so much hate. I freaking love his version. Trainwreck???? He is freaking amazing. Prefer his version over the stupid opera versions
What i find crazy is that Hamilton says “we’ll be with you when you do” to Lafayette when he talks about France. Though in the cabinet battle #2, hes fighting to stay neutral.
Ryan Reynolds+Will Ferrel and the last lady are the winners for me. Argentinian one didn't touch me that deep.
Get the tissues!😢
The pigs are amazing!
when the king softly says "everybody" the entire court had better join in immediately 🙂
South African best vocalist. Holla Lyoyiso👏
These kids are amazing! 💛🙏🏻
Those who can't do criticize. Judging the context by today's standards just to something negative to say. You're a nobody. Everything about this is good.
How fitting that a song references Freddie Mercury would create a harmony challenge. A fitting homage. Freddie was the King (Queen) of singing harmony with himself.
Thanks for sharing
As someone who came to the movie from the novel, the whole first chapter of the novel is Fantine's backstory (though, of course, the reader doesn't realise this and we meet many characters who never appear again), it is only in this song (aria?) that we even get any references to Fantine's backstory and how Cossette (who the whole 900+ pages revolve about) came to be...
The "shake of the head" is PURE Movie - it wouldn't even be seen four rows back - never mind the 40 in any theatre. It ONLY works on film....
I'm Irish and my first acquaintance of this song was when Susan Boyle performed it on "Britain's got Talent" and the whole of the British and Irish media lost their collective minds and Susan Boyle became an instant icon. Then I went to the movie and I saw Anne Hathaway perform this, and I realised that Susan Boyle (and her media fandom) had no idea of the power of this song. Anne Hathaway "sold" this song in a way songs are rarely sold. Moreover, while Ms Hathaway's time in "Les Miserables" was short, she EARNED her Oscar....
The brother make the guitar play into a violin. I check their KZread.
It sounds like a Lennon-McCartney song. I love it!
This so called voice coach is funny, he's a moron, but funny. Those who can't sing become voice coaches 🤣
I totally agree on All points a beautifull song sung perfectly, her voice is so clear, and she exhibts such control, Ive seen many very good artists sing this but who unfortunately in my opinion just blast it out far too much, and almost leave me wincing. Lea is amazing!
The song is genious, the performance is genious.
WOwww...... you're a talker arent you 😂

Please check and react also to Stell’s performance of ALL BY MYSELF at David Foster & Friends concert in Manila last June 18. Stell is the main vocalist of SB19 a very famous Filipino boy band who are labeled live vocal monsters. They can dance, sing, rap, write their own song and many more. Their song like ILAW performed at Wish USA showcased their vocals and their recent performance last December 2023 at Asia Artist Award 2023
Morrisette is famous for her cracks and is completely intentional and strategically positioned
There really aren’t many songs in this movie that stand up to their best portrayals in theater. This though? The definitive version, hands-down.
Love your reviews & mori...Check out this Sydney Christmas for a broadway voice. Look forward to your opinion. Robert
OOOH the Groff Sauce is SAUCY!
But he’s going through the unimaginable…
I think that Colm Wilkinson set the gold standard in Les Miz and everyone after him used him as the example on how to play Jean Valjean.
Pleasee i pray their parents bever ever leave them alone for a second in the hands of any producer or anyone.
She had to take a second to remind yall she's a DWTS champtio!
Best song in the show
She gave every word justice! ❤I fell in love with words hearing her sing.
Even after watching nearly 100 times I still get chills at the opening of this song.
This Musical, the Movies, the Book... it all means so much for me, I am Obsessed with the whole thing, I call myself a "bellringer Girl"😅 I was at Notre Dame twice. The last one, sadly a month after she catched fire. I plan another Trip next year, when she is opened to the Public again. And last year I saw the German version of this Musical in Vienna. It was a dream come true. I will never forget these hours I spend in the Theatre so close to my favorite characters
Thanks for this great and detailed appreciation. This is the first thing I've ever heard from Hamilton, a show I've treated with contempt as an old (72) musical queen who cut his teeth on R&H and worships Sondheim. However, thanks to the Merrily revival, I became aware of Groff and am now a slavering fan lost in legions of them. So thank you for this.
Iji9ij9😊
Im not from music background, and all i used to know back then was Bass, aldo, tenor and soprano. What is this modern day terms like low bass, lesser bass, high part, very high part, melody etc... Can someone please tell me the equivalent of all those mentioned, in bass, aldo, tenor and soprano.
