I've seen them live once - Melbourne Aus, for the Maniac tour. They were amazing!! Trying to come up with a fave live song is difficult, but Hyunjin's growled Ne Sonnim in God's Menu is definitely a favourite moment.

SKZ are sooo good live. I got to see them in Sydney last year & I immediately wanted to go again the next night. Chris & Felix were stoked to be back on their home turf, as they grew up near me. Seungmin was actually a surprise - he was much more outgoing & charismatic than I expected. I really really hope they will be back soon.

Last year for the 10th anniversary ARMY created a song for the boys and Jimin / Namjoon & Jung Kook reacted to it. Maybe you want to check that out 🥹🥰 the song is called: love letters by army

I highly suggest the live version of Victory Song at the 2020 MAMA awards. It has some backstory, but tl:dr is that they were snubbed at that show, but were still asked to perform as one of the acts to introduce the start of Kingdom (reality show). They were given a small amount of time to prepare and rehearse and were generally treated badly. They choose to perform a B-Side released over a year previous (Victory Song) and absolutely ate the stage up. I love all the Kingdom performances by Stray Kids, but MAMA Victory Song hits hard because you can tell that they were ANGRY. Please watch it even if it's on your own time off camera. :)

I'm also a metalhead who's very recently started listening to Stray Kids so it's great to watch you going on the same journey. My favourite of theirs so far is Lalalala, and the rock version is epic as well. Would love to see what you think.

Saw Stray Kids live in Brixton in 2019, they were 9 members still then. They were really good, but my view was terrible, couldn’t see much of the stage due to the layout of the venue and the woman in front of me had this really blown out blond hair and held up two light sticks either side of her so couldn’t even see in between her and the next person! Unfortunately, like a lot of Kpop groups, stray kids haven’t been back since 2019 pre-pandemic. Far as I know their upcoming tour is meant to include Europe, though, so fingers crossed! 🤞

Well…it’s part talent. But like you observed they’re athletes first, artists second, Bang Chan was a trainee for eight years before debut so a lot of it is just training. But many people don’t make it through that training so it’s also a lot of mind over matter. And yes I have (“synergy”). I sang in a Symphony orchestra and with other pop stars for several years so I’ve been taken for a ride by this experience too. Originally it was Classic Rock with Symphony written into it, and the idea was to expose kids to the Symphony & get them interested in learning an instrument. Our music director was observing this one little guy (about 12 yrs old) and the stunned speechless look on his face after the show & she leaned over & said “Better than any video game hey?” & he was like “………YeaAAAAAHHH!! 🤩🤯” Stunned myself sometimes too. After months or rehearsals it was always only about 75% of when the audience is there…notes coming out of me I didn’t even know I had. People are just a bundle of molecules moved by electrical signals from the brain. The more people you cram into a crowd the stronger that electrical current gets. So the term “electrifying” is actually the perfectly accurate way of describing it. And I realized that not everyone who puts themselves out there will get to experience this. I felt quite spoiled because the orchestra and other artists I performed with just happened to be very well supported. So I’ve actually never performed to an audience that wasn’t sold out.

I think you should do a guide to Stray Kids now that you’ve heard a few songs. Chandora’s World has a short and long one. Both are great but the long one is going to be more comprehensive.

if you like fun lives that feel like sets you should check out gods du du du its a live mashup of gods menu and blackpinks dududu or just the kingdom performances in general. then the MAMA venom performance they go all out live . there song YAYAYA is pretty old but rock vibes I think, superboard which is very pop punk and their song LALALA has a full Rock version. I'm sure they have done it Iive somewhere. time out its like light airy happy rock maybe I am pushing that one but its guitars. awaken and hello stranger also fall along the lines of rock

Thanks for reacting to EXO! This wasn't the song that got me into the fandom last year, but it's a playlist staple. You asked for a Live. Being a metalhead, you might start with 'Drop That" live in Japan to start. Or I think you'll like the energy in Coming Over + Run This + Drop That + Power. And there's also Mama + Monster + Wolf. There's more. But whichever, you won't be disappointed. Thanks again.

I loved this. I was so happy they could perform Run BTS before they had to go to military. J-Hope headlined Lollapalooza solo in 2022. Yoongi's D-Day tour was the highest-grossing tour by a solo Korean artist in history. So those two were def born to be stars.

I have been lucky enough to see Stray Kids in concert 3 times… Twice in Melbourne for their Maniac World tour and while on a family holiday in the Uk, we grabbed the opportunity and flew over to Paris to see them perform at Lollapalooza ❤️‍🔥As a mature Stay 🤫 I never thought anyone would ever top my years of obsession with Duran Duran 😂🫶🏼 .But with Stray Kids when the lights go down, the adrenaline and joy that feeds through the crowd is amazing and then on top of that, their music, their dance and just pure energy during the entire concert is just brilliant. Their interactions with Stays during the concert, shows how much they appreciate the support they receive and they are still so humble considering their growing world wide popularity. If you ever do get the opportunity to see SKZ live in concert…please just go, I don’t think you’ll regret it. Thank you for the reaction !

I don't think you should feel bad for liking this mv! Even though it evokes grief and loss, BTS created it for us to relate to and heal from. BigHit was originally created with the logo "music and artists for healing" and I think BTS really embodied that with this song and mv.

What's even worse is when you find out that all the kids could have been saved, but because of corruption, they willingly let the boat sink, knowing it would kill all the kids. It was a horrific tragedy. Led to the impeachment and imprisonment of the then president, Park. Just horrifying.

Awesome reaction and loved it. thank you. I have seen them live in 2023 Ft Worth Tx at age 58 and i took my 14yr old grand daughter and it was both our first k-pop concert. The venue was sold out and they even added a 2nd day. Everyone in that stadium sang every word to all the songs they preformed. The energy was non stop from the stray kids and they had a live band playing their instruments as well. Everyone was also standing and we were on the floor. I couldn't see much cuz I am short. Don't recommend floor seating if you are short unless you are on row 1 or 2 next to the stadium. lol I have also in my many years seen all kinds of groups or solo singers, from Huey Lewis and the News, Neil Diamond, Beach Boys, David Bowie, Bonnie Raitt, Ronnie Milsap, George Straight, Jerry Lee Lewis, Drowning Pool, and a few more country singers. I listen to a varitaty of genres even though I haven't been to see many live concerts. I am not a big fan of crowds as I get older and the cost to see a k-pop concert is very expensive because we have to travel, eat and sleep. I think my favorite performance beside the Kingdom performances is the 2023 MAMA (MNet Asian Music Awards) performance with Venom and Maniac. The Mama performances are usually a step up from other award shows. I also like the performance of Gods Menu with knives at the SBS 2020 K-pop Awards.
