  I have flown about 20x with WizzAir, never any problems, always on time, good pricing. Only the A/F seats have too small leg room for me but usually I then go sit on an empty seat after take-off.

  In the UK, TUI Airways UK features no head flap or if it does, has the TUI logo. And unfortunately TUI Airways don’t have the TUIfly Haribo liveries 😢

  What I seem to like about the Pegasus Inflight product is that it seems to offer inflight entertainment on short and medium haul flights which can be streamed on electronic devices. Also, unlike many other low cost carriers, they do offer inflight meals for purchase, which is a huge plus.

  Unacceptable Delays and Service from Pegasus Airlines During a Medical Crisis My experience with Pegasus Airlines during a critical time has been deeply frustrating. After suffering an ACL rupture and a fracture, I had to cancel my flights and deal with related insurance matters. The response from Pegasus was far below expectations. Specific Applications: I submitted two crucial applications: one for a refund under medical grounds due to my ACL rupture and fracture (No. 10215628) and another for a no-show certificate to process an insurance claim if the refund was denied (No. 10381738). Both requests have faced unacceptable delays. Extended Communication Delays: It's been over three weeks without a clear resolution from Pegasus. The lack of timely updates has left me in a state of limbo regarding both my refund and the necessary documentation for insurance claims. Inadequate Customer Support: Despite making more than 5-6 calls to customer support, each interaction required me to explain my situation from scratch, after which they would simply email the refund handling team for a response. Unfortunately, there has been no follow-up or resolution provided, making the service experience even worse. Risk to Insurance Claim: The delay in processing my requests has jeopardized my ability to file a timely claim with my travel insurance, adding financial stress to my already challenging medical situation. I strongly advise all potential passengers to reconsider choosing Pegasus Airlines for their travel needs. In my experience, they have left me in a complete and utter dark hole when I needed support the most.   I fly Thai AirAsia a lot - SG - DMK, basically a return flight every two months. Yes, their hard product is basic (especially the legroom) but they have always delivered and I cannot complain about delays etc. that plague other LCCs. During CoVid they took their time to process refunds, but I have seen them consistently deliver. They are my preferred carrier in SEA.
