True I flyed for the first time I enjoyed it it was cheap and a wonderful experience

Air crew here, Katowice is quite a small city (300000) but the catchment is huge, stretching from Częstochowa to Ostrava and Opole to centre between Katowice and Krakow, some 4-5 million people. We also use KTW often despite WRO being closer due to greater choice of destinations and in many cases timings of flights.

I have flown about 20x with WizzAir, never any problems, always on time, good pricing. Only the A/F seats have too small leg room for me but usually I then go sit on an empty seat after take-off.

cabin crew should ALWAYS be polite and friendly when pax come aboard

Don’t see the “horrible “ it was rather okayish

sadly there are some planes on all type of airlines that are not being cleaned well. when i traveled with wizz air this summer the plane was so clean, and the crew was nice!

Yes, I usually also enjoy flying Wizz Air...but this flight was sadly just a joke...

In my experience Whizzair crew / staff either ignore you or bark at you. However, I found the seat pretty comfortable - much better than Ryanair!

It says " Horrible" ,so I got so curious !! Lol. I've been wanting to fly on Wizz for quite sometime now ! For a few years ! I'd love love to visit Hungary,Germany & Poland !!! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

Super Trip Report, schöne Aufnahmen und ehrliche Meinungen :) Dortmund (und eigtl. auch Katowice) ist einfach so ein hübscher, kleiner bis mittelgroßer Airport - mag ich total °-°

1:20 AP not AP1 :D But there are also buses from another cities, not only Katowice, for example M11, M14, M116, M19

The metropolitan area of Katowice is 4 milion people that's why we have so many flights

Ja Katowice Airport ist in the middle of nowhere. Der Flugplatz lebt auch viel von den Industriegebieten rund um Gliwice wo viele internationale Firmen vertreten sind. Und leider auch von Reisegruppen Vertriebener im WW2. Bin bestimmt schon 50x FRA KTW geflogen. In den nicht Ferienzeiten ist der Flughafen ziemlich leer...

Did you face any hand baggage issues in Wizz air??

I actually did a weekend trip to Katowice this summer 😅 It was a bit underwhelming but the big museum is really good Funnily, my next long haul trip is with Saudia from FRA to BKK via RUH and back from Singapore via MLE and RUH. Luckily it's in February/March already

True, but this flight was just an absolute disaster. Even for an ULCC...

Delays, cancellations, lack of assistance, disorganization, refusal of refunds or compensation. This is Wizz Air.

How come that you fly this much? Is it for work or just for fun? 😄

I just recently flew from LHR to BER on a BA A320 talk about uncomfortable! The Wizz Air Airbus seemed so much better… although what happened with the cleaning? That’s normally done by airport crew serving the aircraft.. right? I used to travel 46 weeks + each year and yes.. I have run into a not so good experience on air and rail carriers but it’s rare. I have to say this Im one of the people who believes in leaving things the way I find it. I always cringe how passengers leave their seating area a total mess when they deplane… especially long haul flights. The crews even thank me for leaving my seat 💺 clean.

I really think people complain about some budget airlines like Wizz ,because they expect too much like they're regular airlines & not reading the regulations/ restrictions !! Just like reviews on hotels ,etc. They complain about elevators ,or fridges being missing ,but whether they do ,or don't have those are said in the descriptions !! I guess many don't read before booking !!? Wizz airlines to me ,very upfront / simple !! I've never flown with 'em,but looking forward to ! Someday soon !!! 💜🥁🐉🎤🎶✈️💞

Can anyone give me a link to Wizzair "welfare"? This company (I don't have words to call them) sent me a letter in response to my complain asking to write a complain in their "welfare" section. But there is no such section on their webpage and the search shows nothing! I'm going to sue them but I cannot send them a complain before that. They denied me to get on board to Bulgaria, though I have an opened Shengen visa. I lost thousands euro because of that. I got no any written explanation. I was driven out with nothing. And I cannot complain on their webpage because it is impossible!

The Wizz air customer service is Rubbish their website messed up my ticket made a complaint 28 days ago my flight is tomorrow I spoke on the phone with them many times they They don’t want to fix my ticket they said to wait for a respond email for my complaint .I will definitely don’t recommend this company

Wizz Air has a complete lack of customer service. Most of their custmers are from UK and yet it has no UK Customer Service number. If you end up getting charged twice, good luck getting your money back..

my advice to you would be: if you have nothing good to say, dont say anything. Feel free to fly on 100 year old BA planes which fall apart half way through and pay 100x more for even a worse experience.. some people cant be helped.
