I find that cleaning something is very therapeutic. It doesn't have to be anything big. Tidy a drawer, scrub the toilet, fold some laundry, throw antique food away. It really helps!

I'm not sure what that has to do with whether or not the video is dumb, but I have experienced depression. I'm curious what you think is dumb about it. It's a brief outline of the CBT conceptualization and treatment of depression.
@@SelfHelpToons come back to me when your depressed because anyone who suffers severe depression can not do what you said in this video so its your opinion which means nothing because you do not suffer from it. Suffering from it briefly compared to suffering from it years are 2 completely different things that's why I think it's dumb. No offence that's MY opinion and I'm entitled to it. Along with millions of other's who suffer like me.

Everytime i get a panic attack its like i gain full self awareness, i feel like im watching my body from the outside, im gasping im looking around and everything feels like its spinning as aim anxious, i tremble ...

Yeah you can do those things, but it won't better your mood. At least for me I just burn myself out and I still don't feel any better

try having a 4 year old to raise on depression with bpd and anxiety stsd no job no friends no family and im waiting on therapy for 2 years on the nhs and nothing i got drinking problems too that im trying to keep away from i hate looking in the mirror im so ugly guilt kills me that my son has a mother like me i wish i was never born...
The Covid-19 agenda in 2020 made me that way. I didn’t use hand sanitizer, but I was washing my hands so often that I ran out of lotion and my hands got dry. Maybe I could pretend I live in the first half of the 20th century, when wearing gloves was very common.
Understanding that "The misfortune of an individual is not that he was deceived, but in that he deceived himself" provides a call to introspection and honesty with oneself.
