    Alternative way of looking at it: acceptance isn't approval. You accepting something doesn't mean you don't intend on changing it at a more relaxed, adaptive pace.

    I love that all of these videos have balanced titles. Instead of saying, "You Need DBT Right Now to Be Healthy," it is "Balancing Acceptance and Change in DBT." I respect this, and it's much more useful.

    I love the short videos ! In general your videos are the perfect length. This channel is absolutely the best! Your voice and delivery are perfect and you speak loud and clear, non sensationalized and no music! Thank YOU !     there are some DBT therpists who accept affordable insurances. You can call and check based on who can take your insurance. You can see how to get affordable/free insurance in your state.
