    TSA compliant? It's a knife. It's not compliant and a ticket to getting arrested.

    🧐 the knife is removable my guy, i’ve carried it multiple times on planes, it’s compliant, i’ve also had it reviewed many times by an agent, and I always get it through.

    I agree. Most instructional drone on and on to try to fill up the time. It is annoying. I appreciate that each feature was covered quickly. If you miss something you can always go back.

    Even if you disable a speaker it is still possible to locate AirTag using precise finding (available on iPhone11 and later). Actually it is possible to create an AirTag clone tracker which will be not detectable by phones automatically (iPhone will not notify you). So it there are significant demand it is possible to start manufacturing.

    A framing square is more versatile, and many more tables on it. In particular, because of its size, layout of stairs is easy. Two downsides,, which a speed square addresses,, A framing square is large,, speed square can be carried all day in your belt. And complexity,,, a framing square requires learning. Entire books have been written on the use of a framing square. An excellent KZread video, like this one, can easily extol the virtues of a speed square. It requires a book to learn all the uses of a framing square. BOTH should be in your tool box. You did skip the most used feature of a speed square. When you cut with a hand circular saw, you do not need to mark a line. Put your pencil tick for the cut length. Pick up speed Square and hand circular saw. Flip the SS over so it is hooked on the far side of the board to be cut. Pull it slightly toward you. Line up the cut notch on your saw with the length tick and guide the cut with the edge of the SS. Perfect length, perfect square cut, and faster than following a pencil line.

    I used to work at a tool store that sold these and I'd get into debates with one of the salesmen about proper pronunciation of "Knipex." We eventually decided to call the supplier to get a definitive answer, after asking several different people at the supplier's office we were given two different pronunciations: nip-ex, and kin-ip-ex. Not even they can agree on the pronunciation.

    A shirt of any kind without at least one pocket, is just an expensive grease rag. Why not put a pocket on your "T" Shirts that looks like two opposing speed squares. Also how can I get a video on cutting birds mouths for a porch rafter that starts in the middle of the main rafter at a 6/12 pitch to a 3/12 pitch? Please make several video examples on different main pitches being intersection somewhere between the main rafters span. I want to know how to add on a porch rafter that gives me enough pitch to the new header for my new porch.

  • @james_gatlin
    @james_gatlin4 күн бұрын

    I will look into that, any future options will be pocketed, and a rafter video is in the works, its going to take about a month or 2 to be ready though (sigh), our quality takes time, it will however cover absolutely everything

    I think the fiskars does not get the love it deserves. When you carry a utility knife as an EDC your review might be fair but when you actually do real work with a knife it is a totally different story. You want the grip and ergonomics of the fiskars when, for example, cutting thick shingles with a hooked blade and not the toys that fit nicely in your pocket.

    Good take, i did however take it to a job site recently working on heavy equipment, I used it for about three days on some pretty harsh conditions, unfortunately, it is not flimsy, and has taken quite a bit of damage compared to what the Milwaukee would have, it’s good, certainly better than most all other nearly disposable ones, but the Milwaukee still proves to be the most durable
