    Avocado is a fruit…anything with a seed is a fruit (peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc)

    This has helped me lose weight and maintain the weight off. For breakfast: We eat the same thing, breakfast is traditionally, high carb high protein For lunch & Dinner: We eat the same Protein “ Meat “, for the sides he doesn’t like veggies 😪 So I only make the ones I like ( that helps lol ) but he will eat avocado and brussels sprouts. For carbs, I primarily make the carbs he likes for lunch and dinner because I am low carbs ( unless it make since for the meal ) I honestly put a lot of love in my food, I never had anyone say I don’t like this “ weight loss food “ ! You have to find foods everyone enjoys, and find a way to make it healthier for you . Overtime it gets easier, but remember this is a lifestyle not a small journey.     Barbecue sauce: Sweet Baby Rays * They also sell “ no sugar” added barbecue sauce as well. Seasonings: -Trader Joe’s onion salt -Garlic powder -Paprika -Parsley Cook: -preheat oven to 400 F -Add olive oil ( enough to cover chicken, don’t over do it ) -Add seasoning -Add couple drops of Worcestershire sauce ( not a lot ) using it to enhance the flavor. -Mix Well -Add Water, just enough to cover the bottom, so the chicken doesn’t stick to the pan. -Add BBQ sauce and mix well -Cover with foil -Cook for 40 minutes -Remove from oven -Up the oven to 450 F -Drain the liquid 80%, if want the chicken skin to get crispy, I didn’t. *be careful -Add BBQ sauce & Honey on each chicken wing -Put back in the oven for 15 minutes uncovered And enjoy 😉 *YOU CAN EAT THIS IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT! I did and still lost 80 pounds. Enjoy your food when you are losing weight, it will help you lose & maintain the weight off when you actually like the food you’re cooking. 😘 Note: Use the “ No sugar added “ BBQ sauce to reduce the sugar intake. #weightlosstransformation #weightlossinspiration #weightloss #weightlosstips #reels #workoutmotivation #workoutRoutine #gettingfit #BeginnerWorkOut #youtuber

    If you really aim to cut out salt and make your meal prep food taste good, don’t neglect buying fresh herbs and aromatics! Garlic powder is good but it can’t compare to fresh garlic (or even the minced in the can too). And add a bit of rosemary and sage to your chicken and it takes it to another level! Can even throw some herbs a plain store bought salad to make it feel like a catered dish. Healthy cooking can be delicious and fast if you do it well.
