I’m intermittent fasting and on the FAST800 diet. Two meals a day, each 400 calories. High protein, fibre, and low carbs. I’ve lost 13lbs in two weeks (noting that the initial weight loss it likely just water weight). Feeling amazing and not hungry at all! Granted, I’m not working out intensely and I have a sedentary job. Pilates and walking only.

800 cal is not sustainable at all once you stop eating that little you’re just gonna gain it all because you’re messing up your metabolism. try even 1200. or do a calorie estimator online inputting your height weight & goals. cuz girl i did this exact thing before thinkin it would work and it did the opposite

Thank you for the tips and the link to CoPilot, I never heard of it. But you are glowing and give real methods that are easy to understand and produce real results. 💗 1. Focus on a healthy gut, like Probiotics and Prebiotics 2. Fit fitness in your schedule 3. Drink Collagen 4. Replace coffee creamer with protein shake for extra protein 5. Keep cleaned and seasoned meat in freezer 6. Always have your favorite healthy snacks available 7. Find time to meal plan or meal prep 8. Reduce your ultra processed food intake 9. Drink your water 10. Weightless is not perfect!

Woow!! Im so proud of you on your journey, what a great inspiration! Losing weight is definitely not easy at all. One thing I realised after losing 50kg/100lbs in 5 months doing water fasting I realised that new goals don’t deliver new results, a new lifestyle does. This is a process not an outcome. For this reason, all of your energy should go into building better habits. Not chasing better results.

Don't give up! Just adjust for that week to be less stringent, let yourself have one "cheat" meal (not day). Then keep going the next weeks. It takes practice and time. As long as you get back to your plan it's okay. Just keep going, don't give up.

@@scorpioplays4354 I dreaded that too and in hindsight, I don’t think it was required because they do have a chat feature and I was able to communicate directly on there with my trainer. I think once you’re paired with your trainer there was a screen where you set up your call. Once you do that, you get access to the chat feature and you could cancel the call if you wanted to. So the way I did it was , I did the initial intake call, but canceled my 2 week follow up. My trainer was Jay and she was super nice and very knowledgeable. When I told her I couldn’t do some of the exercises, she sent me videos of herself doing them with modifications. She did that a few times. It’s $99 a month but considering that you’d pay that for just one in person session with a trainer, this was a steal. And aside from having a plan made up just for you, the accountability was really the benefit for me. I knew if I missed a workout, she’d be texting me asking if I thought I could still squeeze it in 😂 If you go to the site and see the reviews, you’ll see mine. I’m Jillian. I highly recommend and once my finances free up a little, I plan to return.

@@scorpioplays4354 Don’t know what happened to my reply, but leaving it again because I love co pilot. ☺️I don’t believe you need to do the call. The purpose of the call is to get an idea of what your goals are and what your level of fitness is. This way they can come up with the right routine that’s made just for you. I think you have to set up the call to get started but there’s an option to cancel/reschedule. You could just use the chat feature to tell your trainer that you’d rather skip the call. I don’t really see how that would be a problem. Probably easier for them to be honest. 😂 The biggest benefit for me was having the accountability. I know that if I missed a workout, my trainer would be texting me to see if I could still squeeze it in. She wasn’t bossy or mean but it was the perfect amount of “get off your lazy butt” 😂

Personally, I don’t care for gummy‘s. I feel like the powder is way more effective.

❤You matter! You can do it! You are worth it! ❤ Ten days ago, I was in complete overwhelm! Anything healthy seemed impossible. The Dr. told me I was going to die soon if I didn’t change something. I begged to go to an eating rehab. I shared my overwhelm with a loving friend, cried, felt the hopelessness and decided to pick up a salad on the way home. Ate it and not long after was in the drive through, again! The next day I bought salad ingredients, made the salad, ate it, (hated it) and a few hours later ordered takeout! The following day, I boiled a dozen eggs to have eggs in my salad. Ate the salad and followed it up with processed crap food I had in my house. The next morning, I scrambled eggs, made myself coffee and packed a salad with boiled eggs for the road. Took out some chicken to defrost. On the way home , as I considered where I was going to eat, (not healthy stuff), I remembered the defrosted chicken, the 2 clean meals I had already eaten and was blessed to be able to drive straight home and prepare my 3rd healthy meal of the day. Today is day 10 of clean eating! I chose 1 loving action to take for myself. It didn’t have to be salad, it just had to be 1 thing I was willing to keep trying. It could have been a walk. It could have been writing about my feelings. It could have been a 12 step meeting for overeating (available for free on the phone). It could have been only eating what I cook at home. It could have been going to the pool. These are all actions I can handle and support me 10 days later, but the first several days, all I could do is be kind to myself and focus on that 1 thing, It wasn’t perfect. It wouldn’t be the first time salad ingredients wasted away in the fridge…lol! Her tips are all fantastic. She is sharing her beautiful journey amd wisdom of 3 years. CONSISTENCY not perfection! ❤You matter! You can do it! You are worth it!❤

Make the crock pot your best friend!! Put your meal on the night before , let it cook. Come home to your house smelling all good and cozy! Eat more mindfully. I have kept off 50 lbs for years now.
