New to kettle bell workouts. Shouldn't we do equal amounts of single arm situps using both arms? Or is it okay to hold the weight o. The same arm for all 4 rounds

I’ve been lifting for about 8 years, and have recently lost all motivation in the gym; just not enjoying it anymore. I need to switch things up, so was thinking about kettlebells, especially as my mobility is getting worse (not enough stretching). This program looks awesome- looking forward to giving it a try

Better to invest in cast iron kettlebells that will last a lifetime than plastic tat that will have a short life span and have to be discarded.
