I had a Myles Dean born in November 2022❤
Although I am not adopted, I have still struggled with who I am….I am third oldest child in a family of 24…eldest daughter. I’m 69 years old….but Godbless has been speaking to my heart since childhood…working in me….30 years ago I accepted the invitation and am so happy to say that I am a part of the family of God! You are brave and courageous…..and inspiring to this old lady! I wrote down your references and will continue to go to them when doubt creeps in. God bless you and your family as you journey together.
Whoa! That should say a family of 13 kids…not 24!
My kids all went to VBS and loved it. This brought back such good memories. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for sharing your story and how your Christian worldview has impacted how you view your life and who you are. Your message and your perspective are precious. God bless.
I cant believe you were nervous, you are an excellent speaker!!
Kim that was beautiful! ❤
That’s such a powerful testimony. I work with children and two that are adopted are struggling. This is the TRUE way to help them, through the word of God. Thank you.
Beautiful message Kim. I'm working on telling my own personal story, and you've inspired me to keep going. It's a testimony to God's goodness, mercy, and love. And we should all shout that from the rooftops so that others can have hope.
Thankyou for sharing. This was so interesting!
Kim this is so beautiful, thank you for sharing your story. 🩷 thank you Father for protecting Kim´s precious life and choosing her to display your love you have for her and also for us. Kim, your story truly helps us to understand the depth of salvation and adoption we get through the cross. My sister is also adopted and she was told by my parents only when she turned 12. (It was a family secret) it brought so much confusion and pain in her life but through Christ she also healed and clinged to her Father even more. God writes our story indeed ❤️
Aw, here in Canada (small town too) midwifery is handled equal to doctors and is so well managed (your primary midwife will definitely be available to attend your birth around due date). I have always had three midwives attend my homebirths.
My second baby came in 2 hours, straight to pushing and they all still came when I said I was ready.
God bless you, Kim!! Sending love and encouragement from California. Your testimony and Faith is mighty!!
So beautiful! Thank you for sharing your story at that conference and here on KZread. God isn’t done writing your story!!
long form please!
So do you look like your biological mom?
❤
Kim, this was so special to hear your story. I'm sure you've helped so many others that are adopted b/c you know what it's like. 2 corn 1 :4-6. You identify and can comfort those going through the same things. Bless you for caring for others!!
Aww Kim! I was crying with you! God is so good!! He had a plan for you! What a story!
This was so beautiful!!! As a mom of 6 kids, the youngest two who are adopted, your story gives me hope that we can make it to a happy ending! It’s so hard on the heart knowing what hard things adoption will bring them… but I know God will be the best help we can give them! 🤍🤍
Beautiful testimony! We have a beautiful adopted daughter who probably has gone through a lot of what you did. She came to us with her own wounds from when she was a baby of 1. But i think she is in a terrific place now at 20 yo. We just had that conversation with her about how very much God loves her, she’s from Haiti, came at 6 1/2 yo. Out of all the people there, He chose her to come thousands of miles to bless our family! So many miracles connected with our daughter. God loves us so so much! Thank you for voicing that fact! God bless you!
What a great job you did sharing your adoption story. God Bless you! ❤❤❤
Beautiful story!!!
Oh my goodness, the baby is adorable 🥰❤
Wow, thank you so much for sharing your story. I thank God that you are here today because your videos always inspire me and point me to the Lord. I adopted 2 boys from foster care and have 2 children biologically after yrs of infertility and I often wonder how to best raise them so they dont feel "wierd" or lost about their story. Your speech was very well organized and well written. Great job! God bless your future ss he has your life so far. ❤
My story is from a different prospective. My parents and i are also Anabaptist. We also wear a headcovering and dresses. But when my parents got married it took a few years to have me. Then right after i turned 3 my mom worked for a nurse and she asked my mom if she was going to have more kids. My mom said she wanted more but couldn't. So a few weeks later they came home from church and the phone rang. It was the nurse she was helping a 16 year old delivery a baby and want to give it up for adoption. The nurse asked if my mom wanted the baby. Of course she said yes. So Wednesday morning we went to pick up my new sister. And just like your mother my mother got pregnant when my sister was 9 months old. I always thought we were a normal family but everyone always asked "which one is not yours" my dad always said they are all mine. It made me feel uncomfortable. I can't imagine how it made my sister feel. I have to tell you my mother ended up having 9 kids. My sister that is adopted loved my mother as much as we all did. When my mom was dying of cancer she helped take care if her just like the other 8.
that was awesome! Judy
Wow! Life is interesting with all of the little twists & turns. You’re blessed & I’m so happy you’re here! With your Dr Pepper, cheering up my days. Love this, be blessed
Oh my dear you are so loved ❤
Incredible Kim- you shared your story but most importantly you shared God’s story and it was ordained by Him every word! Blessings to you and your family!
Praise God!!! And thank you so much for sharing ❤
Kim, you spoke well. I pray the Lord used you that day and will continue to use you with this video. Taking everything back to the Gospel is Truth, and you spoke Truth well. Thank you for sharing!
I was adopted as a infant in 1960. I don’t understand why adoption isn’t talked about more. Our young women even canceled about it before abortion ? I certainly hope so but I’m kind of doubtful.
THANK YOU for sharing some of your story! I'm so thankful your life was spared. I'm sorry your birth mom already died😭 I'm sure your parents are so proud of you and the loving wife and mom you are today! My husband and I have adopted 3 beautiful daughters who came to us thru foster care. It is a privilege I'm very thankful for. But you are right, every adoption holds pain.
great job!
Oh Kim that was wonderful!! We have adopted 5 children. Such a wonderful explanation of your feelings.
So special and so precious! Our God is an awesome God. Our Protector!! Thankful for your testimony!!! We adopted 3 children so it's coming close and making me even more aware of the brokenness we are living in. Love from Namibia
What a wonderful video. Thank you for sharing your story and encouraging others!
Thanks for sharing I have 3 beautiful grandchildren that are adopted. We love them dearly.
Thank you for having the courage to share your story! I was adopted as well… so this was so special to me was crying right along with you!
Thanks Kim for sharing your beautiful story of redemption . My husband and I adopted two boys from Russia. They are now 13 and 17. I pray that they one day can have healing and know that they are redeemed. God bless you and your family.🧡
Beautiful story Kim! You had me crying and smiling pure joy at the end. ❤❤❤
Wow that's quite the story! Thank you for sharing! I always enjoy your videos. I feel like I already know you and you are one of my friends 😅
You are truly traumatized by the experience of being adopted like most others. There are studies about this. Please seek secular therapy because as much as you put on a happy face and happy life you are in severe pain. Religion is not your salvation. Take care of your beautiful babies. Please concentrate on that.
WHO LEFT THESE ONIONS HERE?! 😭 But seriously, that's a beautiful testimony. Thank you so much for sharing. I'd love to know what you learned you shared with your parents - like if you learned you had her eyes, laugh, personality, etc.
Kim you did a great job sharing your story. I'm happy you are here
❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️❤️
So profoundly beautiful made me cry - much much Love and admiration - Joyce ps. I love Voddie Buchan
Amazing!
Kim, Amazing job! We are made in the image of God! What a powerful story you have. Thank you for sharing.
