    Sometimes in more longstanding and severe cases the tibia and fibula become curved and the femur wears out the fibular at the joint unevenly and surgical correction may be necessary.

    This is excellent, thank you. One thing though that really helped me 'crack this' was a change of sleeping position. I had horrible neck pain, sometimes into the left, sometimes into the right, down my arm etc etc and it made my life a misery. I would go to the physio, pay £70 and it would be ok..... For 48 hours. What turned things around was sleeping on my back and NOT on my side. It's tricky at the start if you've been a habitual side sleeper but it really makes a difference 👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧

    I’m seeing immediate results. I stand leaning forward now understand why. After doing this a few times I’m standing straight. I strongly feel like if we are side layers (sleep or lay on sides) this is the root cause of hip dips. I lay and sleep more on my right side and my hip dip is further in on that side

    This video was wonderful. Thank you so much. Been in pain years and doing all the wrong things for relief. Only thing that helped was wrist curls with some weight. Tried massaging and pressure points I the painful area but always felt like it was more from forearm muscles. Practice your techniques has given me relief. Thank you. Now subscribed.

    I tried this, l followed Dr Physio by imitating him exercising by looking on and following the video, step by step and l kept rewining the video to get it right. After the 3 × sets of exercises, noticed relief in my stomach and especially lung area: I don't know what will happen? I kinda 'feel good ': but using those muscles for the first time, my tummy is a tiny bit tender - no problems: it's like any muscle one hasn't used in years: one must build up it's strength: I will try to do some more throughout the day: Dr suggests 2/3 times hourly: l don't know if l will be able to do that many? I'm lazy!! I think l will need a Scotch & Coke after this!!

    I used colloidal silver and water in a cool mist humidifier and did deep breaths holding with this technique and my problems went away in a day after suffering for 2 weeks. Usually I always have bronchitis but I have a way to get rid of it now

    Try leaving a little room temperature/ warm water in your mouth for 15 to 20 minutes or for as long as possible. The airway becomes moisturized as you breath naturally,and the phlegm becomes easier to gently cough out. Spit out after.

    I get tingling in the tips of the thumb and ring and little finger when I do the exercises. All the symptoms of De Quervain's are there but tingling is also there. Is that OK while doing these exercises?

    I just found your video today and I am very eager and excited to start doing the massages and exercises. I injured both wrists, one with De Quervain’s tenosynitis and the other with TFF. This happened in late march and I have been in a lot of pain. I visited 2 orthopedists who prescribed anti inflammatories and physical therapy. I did not take the anti inflammatories and have been using braces, arnica, etc. This video really makes sense and feel hopeful that I can recover and gain full use of both hands. Thanks for posting this video.
