What are safe greens and fruit to feed budgies?

French molt (FM) is indeed a contagious disease and is usually caused by the PBFD virus. We did a study on it in 1999 here in Norway and all of the FM cases were positive for PBFDV by PCR-analysis. Only in two breeding operations did we detect Avian polyomavirus and that was in conjunction with detection of PBFDV. In the following years we detected approx 90% PBFDV in FM cases and 10% APV (over a period of 20+ years).

I bought two budgies 8 year ego. 😙 Now I have 71 birds 😍 You will not believe but I haven't bought one more after those two. Their love and eggs make this so much big family 😁❤ (Edit : this love and egg making process is continuing generation after generation 🤗 )
