WOW! I was just about to go to Home Depot and spend big on an electric planer for a small deck project. While having morning coffee, opened the you tube app and your video was front & center. I just saved big. Thanks for the review.

The difference in chamfer width, is due to the belt not being perfectly square to the table surface. The table "might" be able to be shimmed in order to get 90 degrees.

It was worth it for $140. If all you have is a palm router, a homemade fence and a bunch of clamps, this is a way better setup.

There is a major difference- you cannot use the gripper with a blade guard. So you should never use that on a table saw- because that should ALWAYS have a blade guard in place.

Mike, as always, nice job. The most impressive thing...the shine on your boots. Great attention to detail and pride in your self. I can't buy any more Vevor stuff because I believe it is a direct link to the CCP (crazy, huh? ). I did once, buy a router plane from them to see if it would be something I needed. After mastering the task, I got a router plane from Veritas (good Canadian company).

Mike looks almost identical to the Harbor Freight that is blue! The Hydrostar, Mike I bought mine about 5 yrs ago $179 the auto feed identical features they are about $400 now and it’s still holding up wasn’t all janky when I got it home lol 😂

I saw that HF last time I was there. Looks good but I think it was a 50ft model and I was looking for 100 ft cable unit. Not sure if that Hydrostar would take a longer cable. Might have been a better choice if so. Thanks for watching Michael!

You are going to have fun when one of those bolts come loose and you now have one of your bits stuck in the pipe. Oh, too late. lol I have the Ridgid and it was more expensive, but built much better. The also say that you should always have a hand on the cable when running it so you can feel when it starts to bind up.

That’s price seams fair to me. Just curious where you live. Prices seem to vary a lot by location. I would guess in Chicago you’d be at least $300 although it’s been a long time since I was forced to call a plumber. Thanks for watching John!

I had a plumber come out and clean a nasty clog in the house I bought and it was $180. It took him a couple hours to do. When the clog came back I bought the small Ridgid. When the clog came back again (I think it might be stuff falling down the vent pipes) and I couldn't reach it with the small one, I bought the bigger one. No complaints so far.

Great Video! I purchased 3 of the $99 Battery Kits (4ah and 2ah and Charger) and got 3 free tools. 40% discount on the battery kit and an average of 40% off the tools. Very High value utility for the tools. and apparently solid batteries with the kits. The battery kit can be returned to get $60 back. Based upon your review I'm going to keep the battery kits. I also picked up the $200 with free tool deals. Pairing a $200 vacuum in one kit and returning it for $107 cash back. (high cost tool lowers the cost of the batteries) My other deal was a lower cost tool and returned the batteries for a larger refund. (got the tool for 70% off) The "den of tools" and the "Tool Boss" discuss the how to. It can only be done with online purchase.. Thanks again. 😎👍

Great review. I see Bosch now has a new saw this size with rack and pinion fence, and a 32'' plus rip capacity. Hard to find much in the way of reviews on it, the GTS15-10. I might see what people say about this saw compared to the one in the video before buying for my new shop space, in addition to my 8 1/4 Dewalt that I bought for on site work. That's a nice saw but a bit limited with size and ability to take a dado blade etc.

Odd they offer $3k Roomba style industrial robot vacs but no regular table saw…. I have the new Bosch GTS15-10 in the shop waiting for me to review on Monday. That should be out in 2-3 weeks. I use Ryobi tools professionally and have had no issues with them. As far as aftermarket batteries go, I've found that those batteries will cause the tool to stop when the tool is bogged down. That leads me to believe that any aftermarket battery cannot handle the voltage drop, and therefore the tool stops. Based on that, I can only assume that the high performance battery's probably handle voltage drop much better than the regular ones, and deliver power more adequately, similarly to a higher C rating (power delivery) on lipo batteries for RC cars. And as far as amp hour goes... Just like another commenter said, amp hour only has to do with runtime.

Keep in mind that this is a construction job site saw. This is not a precision furniture building saw. I have this DeWalt saw, and it's been a great tool for me. I've built many of houses with this saw. Toss it in the back of my truck, and it keeps its zero Everytime. I only had to make a couple small adjustments when I bought it. Haven't had to mess with it for over 7 months. It wouldn't be my choice if I was doing precision woodworking though.

Been fighting this issue for a long time. It's a wonderful saw, apart from the fence. I've previously seen advice to tighten the knob, but never seen anyone advise loosening it. I'll try that next time I'm in the shop. Thanks!

I bought mine new in March of this year & didn't need it (snow) until late April. I've "tried" using it 3 times and it doesn't work very well. The first time the batteries went dead after 25 minutes. The 2nd time was May 5th, and the batteries went dead after about 20 minutes. Today it only lasted 12 minutes and the batteries went dead. When I stop the mower to pick up sticks it fails to start again and I have to recharge the batteries. I suppose I'm out my $600. Lesson learned...try before you buy.

Can those wheels attachment go down that clean out? It can make it stand off from the pipe side and get equal lighting to view the entire pipe. EDIT: Also, the camera head attachment has those plastic screws need to be loosen before jamming the camera in and retighten. They even gave you the tool to do it.

I’ve got the skilsaw at home, and I frequently use a coworkers dewalt (carpenter). The dewalt is awesome, and might be slightly nicer build quality. I’d buy the skilsaw again though! The stand is absurdly good. You can do stairs with one hand! The extra left hand support from the stand is really excellent design, and makes ripping sheet goods much safer. The dust port is better on the skilsaw, and will shoot straight down into a 5 gallon bucket. A note on the fence: my skilsaw is smoother than the dewalt, cause the work one is crammed full of sawdust haha. Both move smoother with the knob. Moving the dewalt once it’s set up is annoying. I’m going to bring my skilsaw into work and see what my coworker thinks! Cheers

SO.. I own this Mower I think first off you are cutting too fast. 5 6 7 is almost a trot there isn’t a gas mower that I know of that runs that fast well.. Maybe a Dixie Chopper but this is a walk behind not a run behind Plenty of power too . And trying to mulch 8 to 10 inches of grass? A bit much for any mower also. Mine will throw wet grass to the back of the bag consistently. As far as the drive motor disengaging, let off on the trigger a touch early and it works every time. Higher drive speeds are for the trot back to the garage cut at about 2.

Smaeone gave me their 40v skil mower because they had no battery and charger so i bought this blower at $119 yesterday, sold my dewalt 60v blower (bare tool) for $120 so came out on too if you ask me. Fhis blower really is so light. Definitely notice a power difference compared to the DeWalt, the dewalt being more powerful but for the weight and cost, its not much different at all. I say well worth it. Now i just gotta figure lut where the best battery deals are for these skil priducts. They cost so much
