PLUMBER HERE IN VANCOUVER, BC. I would have loved to see how this Drain Camera perform if you would have used it in your kitchen sink or bathroom sink drain. Obviously the floor drain is either 3 inch or 4 inch and that cable goes through it easily . I have been dulling to buy one these camera from amazon and not sure it does well for sinks or bath tub, shower drains. if this cable snap inside someone's apartment in a 30 storey building, you are in real trouble. Again, please let me know if you have tried this in smaller drain size pipe ( 1-1/2 ) or ( 2 inch ) Thank you, for great video, by the way. and by any chance if anyone reading this comment and also have personal experience please let me know . Hello! You bring up a good question and looking at the descriptions for Amazon cameras there’s really no mention of pipe diameter. Sanyipace warned me up front my pipe needed to be at least 3 inches or this system wouldn’t work. There are some smaller automotive style borescopes on Amazon with long cables that may fit the bill but I haven’t tried one in a small pipe. I worry the flexibility required and small diameter would make it difficult to feed. Maybe a future vid. Thanks for watching and good luck!

@@ProjectsForAllReviews Besides, there is just something about looking down another man's clean-out that just doesn't seem right.

Can those wheels attachment go down that clean out? It can make it stand off from the pipe side and get equal lighting to view the entire pipe. EDIT: Also, the camera head attachment has those plastic screws need to be loosen before jamming the camera in and retighten. They even gave you the tool to do it.

Have you ever considered testing some Masterforce tools from Menards? I've always been curious how they compare to other cheap tools.

We were at Menards yesterday returning some flooring and I was eyeballing that Tablesaw. Were going to do a bunch of saws in a row very soon and its on my short list. Truth is I still work 55 hrs/wk at my real job and have a family so Im pretty particular in my review selection because of my lack of time. Masterforce does fall into our usual budget minding range though and I should probably take a closer look. If youve never seen the master force catalog online you should check it out, it's huge. There are some cheaper sewer cameras available on Amazon, but like with anything made in china, they are all going to lack longevity. Also, when they send a product out to be reviews, they almost always check them out first to make sure you don't get a defective unit. When you buy from amazon, they don't check them out first. Also, even if it works perfectly on first use, you have longevity issues where sometimes that first use is the only time it works correctly.

I don't disagree with anything you said. If I was a manufacturer or distributor I would check everything I sent out for review too. I still have almost everything that's been sent or Ive bought to date and I still use all of it regularly. No failures to mention yet. Thanks for watching MAGAMAN!
