I have a tenacity and it is absolutely perfect. I finally hit 400. Just began my journey of actually doing fieldwork. It gives me a very typical S-turn when I snap it hard with that micro-hyzer. It is rather beat in, but as I recall came off the rack with that -2.5 turn

I have a Plasma metallic blue with a pink rim (my throwin Poxie) a Cosmic Soft (my Puttin Poxie) a DFx Axiom Eclipse 2.0 Proxy - Marm O Set (My night game go-to) a DFx Axiom Eclipse 2.0 Proxy - Froggeaux (I guess a backup for the night game) and a DFx (Fission?) Skullboy (a backup for something.. too cheap to let pass... ... My friend (lets call him... Mr Disc Bank)... bought a lot of beautiful discs... then replaced them with more beautiful discs... without having thrown them yet... I find the slight flip is easy enough to calculate, and the following straight line is sooo good... I have a local downhill 300 ft (drops about 40ft) that is great for the Poxie.. and my proxy throws. 🌳🗑🌳 🤾‍♂

@@FlippyJamesDG Nup... I think 'my disc bank' had one but I tried his Anode... didn't like the rounded inside bead, only good for fan grip. Love the poxies as I can yeet them almost 80m away without them going off to the neighbors to rummage through their garbage... And when it rains I crack out the RPM base plastics as they somehow defy common sense and get insane grip when dripping wet.

@@FlippyJamesDG let me expand a bit. I love when you throw on the football field first and then take the discs to the course. When you do disc specific content then I really just want to see those discs fly. I’m not really interested in the putts because they just make the video longer. On the flip (np;) side I don’t like when it’s just throws on that you don’t see the landing on. So showing where the disc landed and how much is left is good because it speaks to how well you managed to place your shots with the disc. I do also enjoy full round content but then I like it to contain talk an out disc selection and shot decisions. In these it’s not just about one disc so here putting should be included for sure.

Hey James, appreciate the videos. Keep 'em coming! 1. I'm pretty sure "halo" is the term Infinite Discs uses for their discs that have the different colored edge rim, just like "orbit" from DD and Lat 64. 2. Both Infinite Discs and Yeet Street's websites call this type of disc "Steady Ring Berry". Interesting that their tag says something different. 😅Not your fault though. Weird, Discgolfdealsusa calls them "swirl steady ring berry". Guess, Clash hasn't made it completely clear yet to their retailers. 3. 87 degrees is hot where you live? It's 87 degrees right now where I live and it's 10:42p.m. 🥵 4. I liked the overlay video of the 2 throws @ 9:22 in the video. I think the amount of anhyzer was pretty much the same. Looked to me like you just held on to the berry for a half second longer, causing it to be released further right of the line the Echo was on, hence allowing the Berry to hit the tree.

  • @ThugLifeBitches1

You can’t standardize flight numbers, unless you have a way to standardize literally every single disc golfer on the planet. Stop repeating this thought that you’ve clearly heard bounced around because nobody really thinks about the impossibility of the logistics of doing that. As mentioned unless you can standardize everyone’s throw it’s just never going to happen. Let’s take the idea of this robot to standardize things, what’s your starting point? If we are revamping flight numbers then for the sake of this they don’t exist, how do you determine a starting point for a disc that’s going to be a 1 speed? What factors determine a 1 speed from a 2, a 0 turn vs a -1 turn? If you are following then you’ll start to see that you have to completely make up a starting point, even if you had the current numbers scale to reference it still concludes the same thing because all you have to base what you know about flight numbers is off another system that was entirely made up in order to roughly give you an idea of how that disc will fly. That leads into my next point, wherever you choose as the initial reference point for how you grade this scale is only going to be accurate based upon the tester. If I determine a disc is a 5 speed it has to be based off of someone or something throwing it and as everyone knows no two people throw the same. A disc that flies like a 5 speed for the tester who throws 70mph is not going to fly the same for someone who throws 40mph, this is where you have people like yourself asking for a standardized system without actually understanding that it was never meant to be accurate. There are about an infinite number of videos at this point from guys like trash panda who explain the insane complexity of being able to make uniform discs that all fly the exact same. I hope this explanation does a good job of showing the sheer depth of the conversation and that you understand what it is you are actually asking vs what is actually possible

Good video man. I find that echostar and fizzy beats in fast but keeps some fade. These 2 discs are a great comparison.
