I switched the zone out of the bag for the temple a bit ago and have been in love with my temple. I never thought anything would kick out my get freaky but the temple did. It hits and sits on the ground, amazing plastic, beats in well and still holds stability even when its warped to crap. Also its super easy to put upside down on a table and put something heavy on the inside of the flight plate to fix warps and the puddle top the disc will get with use. also been putting with alters and loving them

After watching the rest of the video I realize we have the same putter grip. I used to put my finger on the rim of the putter and I used to hate beaded putters. I started moving that index finger out of the way on under the rim and now I like beaded putters. The alter is one of the best feeling putters I've put in my hand since changing my grip

Thanks for that tip with the weight on it upside down. I’ll use that if that happens. When I putted with the old grip, I think that’s why I loved the bead in the first place. I still like it with the new grip though, but not attached to having a beaded putter. Alter feels really nice too though.

That forehand grip you showed at the beginning is how I do it! Always been so perplexed by those putting two fingers so that flicking rocks the wrist left and right when what we do allows the flick to flex in the same direction as natural wrist motion

I think stacking them still enables the natural wrist motion, and personally it’s more comfortable. Going to give this new grip a try for a while.

I have two in proto plastic. Love it. The on in my bag is getting puddle topped after about 10-15 rounds. Still feels great.

@@FlippyJamesDG It's a base plastic. So all the similar grip and hookup on impact. Have read it generally beats in quick, but doesn't become flippy. I use for soft approaches, so never a lot of power to see if it would stand up or turn. Happy Holidays! 🎄

“Lumpy” that I mention in this video still has over stability, but I never New him when we wasn’t lumpy 😂 Happy Holidays man!

3:10 Oh, they made a tee pad for JC! The stability on the Temple looks really good. Should fly really nice once it's broken in and probably wont turn flippy ever. Too few manufacturers make baseline plastic discs in molds that have enough stability reserve for wear.

@@FlippyJamesDG straight longer but still dumps at the end. Doesn't seem to be any different in wind and it definitely does not flip any, but it does fly further before it hyzers out.

I hope this is a safe space 😂 but I putt with Temples. Small hand guy, like the small profile grip and you really can’t beat nerve plastic for putters.

Haha I got your back! I’m all for putting with it. If the banger wins for the zone battle back I hope they bring it out in their soft putter plastic. It’s fun putting with overstable discs. Have you tried the alter?

I have noticed that the temple loves to stick to my hand longer than I intend half the time. It’s interesting to hear someone else have the same problem with it. I release it late half the time and can’t figure out how to fix that problem.

I wonder if the temple you have in tsa’s new test blend nerve plastic is more overstable than the original nerve plastic. My temple in the original isn’t that overstable and I’m in high elevation. I personally love how it just sticks when it hits the ground

@@FlippyJamesDG it’s super cold here too right now in co. Single digits and negatives. I picked up the pnuema for putting and she is nice. I love nerve plastic for my putter. I’m not sure if it’s the green pnuema’s I got but they are puddle topped with a bead
