Hey that's a PFM cover on the wall? Anyways... progsters like CC, it,s in the right vein.
Did you boost the bass? Anyways... Liz left the band and she hasn't reached this level since, she's lost it. Too bad, the were a very very good trio.
Should have included Chicago area ANIMATION. They are the longest running Rush Tribute Band in the U.S.. They began in 1987. They've shared the stage with Asia, Styx, Think Floyd, The Barenaked Ladies, The Scorpions, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, and played the same festival with Rush on the same day three different times (Milwaukee Summerfest) Even had multiple Rush crew sightings in the audience. I personally witnessed saw Ed Robertson call Geddy Lee from the stage. He listened and gave his personal blessing.
I highly recommend NelyTotevaSarah on KZread. A wonderful 17 minute Rush medley. There are from Bulgaria. Triple dynamite.
whats the name of that song?
Obra maestra
Not a new singer, :) the one and only and the orginal TARJA!
Hmm, not sure I agree with you on everything. For starters, Alan is relatively tentative on this one IMO. It's 'Relayer' where he comes into his own. I also feel that Chris backed off a bit on 'Tales'. I recall reading (in the Dan Hedges book, I think) that he and Jon were at loggerheads during this period, and Chris even had one foot out the door until they managed to patch things up. Also, I also know where Rick is on record being positive about 'Tales'. He did agree to play some of it on later tours, but I'm pretty sure he's always stood by his original criticism. Re: where are the bands doing this kind of thing these days? There's lots of them, although few *sound* just like Yes did in 1974. For example, Andy Tillison of The Tangent has talked about how his music was strongly influenced by the ambition of 'Tales', although I would argue that while he -- and most modern prog bands -- may reach for something on 'Tales' scope of epic conceptual grandeur, they usually fall short of the mark. Is it all perfect? No, but it has aged surprisingly well, and it's remarkable how many critics now look at it with a more nuanced or even favorable attitude.
This album is a masterpiece along with the EP Music For Nurses
the old haunt is one of the best songs ever made
Get to know (vocalist) Geoff Tate immediately! Listen to Rage For Order!
This is awesome, but could you also do a total Rush Ambience track with all of their slow pieces put together. Songs like Losing It, Broons Bane, Hope, and Tears and nice parts of any other songs. No vocals, just the music. That would be cool!! Thanks, appreciate what you've done here!
8:16 You're trying to find the Cerati sound, Chris Martin barely discovered it....................................... If they make a new album, it will be very Cerati influenced... and everyone else there after...........................................
7:35 Muse is from 1994, SODA is from 1982... you tell me who copied who...
Crucis, los Yes de latinoamérica.
Very good Song, great album! 👍 PS: I am shocked that you don't know Camel! After all, you're no longer a Teenager 😉
Very great Band with so many great Albums! I love Camel!
Also a great Album that starts with a Thunderstorm! 👍
Great Album! 👍
Great Album! 👍
Great Album! 👍 The Room, the Sound and the Atmosphere of the first two Albums (73/74) are outstanding! Of course, this also applies to the following Eloy Albums, but not in the same way, as these two Albums are more rocking and have a different Dynamic.
Great Album!
The whole Inside Album is fantastic, the Sound and the Songs! The next Album "Floating" is similar in Sound and also a great Rock Album. Then their style changes more towards spherical Progressive Rock. Until "1983" they constantly released great Albums, then from 1983 onwards it flattens out. For me, Eloy is one of my most important Bands ever, the Inside Album was my first record ever and I just love this Album!
The Mars Volta is not a band, it's a force of nature.
❤🎉❤
Wow. This is Jon's sweet revenge for getting jackbooted out of Yes! He's been completely vindicated and this band mops the floor with the current incarnation of Yes! BOOM!
Oh! Porcupine Tree! Nobody knew that band when this came out! The snaredrum! That’s Mark Zonder dude! One of the most original drummers in prog rock’ and very underrated! You chosed the only song composed by Frank Aresti in this album. Most of the Fates Warning material is composed by the other guitar player, whats his name? It’s a shame Aresti took off from the band, he was able to add an interesting balance to what the other guy was writing. Kevin Moore is on keyboards here, you know? Kevin Moore? The guy that was on keyboards and composition and lyrics on the first 3 Dream Theater albums? Dream Theater have always been thankful to Fates Warning for their “spiritual mentoring” (influence)…
The whole album is amazing. They have become one of my top 2 bands.
One of the best songs ive ever heard, DT are simply the best band ever to make music, love them.
Love Swans. Disturbed by Swans.
you should check out the live performance at The Regent. when they played this song, it feels WAY more emotional IMHO.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💃💃💃💃🤸🤸
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Immense band immense Musicians!!!!
WAY better dancing than what there is today
Camel is simply the best band around. Their discography is an absolute treasure chest, but the pinnacle is The Snow Goose, which is my favourite album of all time.
This version of Feral is truly a krautrock masterpiece!
The way it all builds up is just... crazy
Two things stand out to me: 1. The bass player rocks!!! I understand he helped start Band Geeks. 2. Jon Anderson is the key ingredient here...the lead singer....I agree the chorus stands out thanks to Jon
Robert Godin great man great instruments
We never draced like this in the 80s different music
Chris was always the most experimental with footwear…… or rather “bootwear”
Actually you are absolutely right!
Operation mind crime my friend
That’s a very patient cat :-)
He's a most gracious cat, I will attest to that
Türkiyenin vücut bulmuş hali ve alfabe bitti ❤❤❤🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷

Hola.. Debes ver el año que está compuesto antes de hablar de influencias
I love all, the band trio from Australia at 4:30 have a great singer... Very good bands compilation.
La musica de Rush tiene magia.. ❤❤❤
Absolutely does 👍
How do you go from recording and playing to just recording again. On my fs-6 pedal with the cube street 2 when i click and enters in play and recording at the same time it starts recording and playing at the same time after lets say 6 sec more or less. It does not give me enought time to control what im recording. I would like to just record on top without playing automatically without my controll. Any insights?
Que buen Video saludos desde Costa Rica pura vida 🇨🇷🤘
Hey, hello Costa Rica!
