You can also use the Programm dnc4u instead of you little box. In my opinion its way easier.

Why don’t you use M05 to stop the spindle instead of M00 and pausing the program.

To be fair... With the amount of much cheaper cnc control gardware out there, one could always put Centroid controllers on a messed up machine. But it is a pain in the ass and its not for everyone.

I would try changing gears with the air connected. Many machines need air for gear changes to work as they are air operated. Not sure about yours but worth a try

One word of advice from me would be to have you post processor modified to remove any redundant/unnecessary code i.e. G00>G0 G01>G1 G02>G2 etc.etc. if the control will accept it that way. Those old fanuc controls had VERY little memory and it adds up VERY fast.

I love that Titan box, very simple but very powerful. It has 2 usb inputs, so usually you use a usb stick to transfer between your pc and the titan. You can however get a WiFi usb stick, then you don’t even need to move the memory stick. Just plop your G code file into the shared folder and it appears at the titan!
