Honestly, I never was much of a buff into the lore, I never even finished reading Two towers, but i love the movies, so at first watch I was okay with the series, however after watching Tolkien Untagled and their series reimagining the series I feel robbed by amazon, the second age has so much potential that the showrunners threw away with the compression of the time scale, I actually feel robbed

I think a mix of injury and Zava going to another team would have been best to write him out. Zava gets hurt and told that he might be able to make it back for the final few games, decides to retire to go to his avocado farm, and then does the same "move to MLS" move in a timeframe where he could have returned to Richmond for the last couple matches.

This is literally my favorite show of all time. It's fun, quirky, and has a great story. I've heard a lot of people say season 3 wasn't good, but that's crazy talk to me. It's just a complicated story. and its linear, compared to the other seasons. Each character didn't really have their own major sub-plot like before, but I don't mind that. More time to focus on the main story. I honestly thought it was funny how complicated the plot can be. I remembered two times me and my brother actually laughed at what a mind fuck some of it was. That being when it was revealed five founded the commission and the grandfather paradox scene. Whenever you're watching a show about time travel, you gotta suspend your disbelief. I'm already watching a show that has characters with crazy super powers, so I've suspended my disbelief already. Sure, there are a few plot holes here and there, but nothing major and story breaking. Season 2 is one of the best seasons of any show I've ever seen and I can't wait for the final season. I hope they are long episodes like stranger things 4, but I doubt it.

lets just say that if the live action does reveal how buggy got his devil fruit (which i high doubt they will do) through his flashbacks everything would be so much clearer as to why he sees shanks as a traitor

I'm not a volcano specialist in any way. I don't know the exact temperature of those volcanic ash are and I don't care. But even I knew these people should not have survived, or at least in the extents being shown. Galadriel was shown to wear gears to resist the bitter cold, that means impact of heat is a thing in this world. When showruners betray the rules and laws of the world they themselves established past any reasonable limit of suspension of disbelief , it destroys investment, immersion and respects for tension. Just because PJ committed the same sin in Lotr, that should not be used an excuse. Whether one minds it or not, a flaw is a flaw and must be called out. What is the extents of tolerance? Would it be ok to show a man chilling in a bathtub with bouling water if such forgiveness was given to a volcano of all things.

I just finished this show last week and started it over immediately after. My favorite character is Roy. I definitely have to admit that Jamie is a very close second and does have the best character arc. Liked and subscribed. :)

It's not as bad as it is hated I'll say that. It's just this show was kinda doomed from the beginning. Amazon does not have the rights to any of Tolkien's work outside of the LOTR Trilogy books and the Hobbit. The story being told here is mostly in the Silmarillion which Amazon does not have rights to its content. They're literally using the Appendixes from the book trilogy to tell this story. From a adaptation perspective it was not gonna bode well.
