Th shaking floor is not that impressive, a rytmic stamping of feet can do that. It can even whit marching armies collapse bridges. Luckely soccerstadiums here are build to accomedate for this. It's ment to shake, if it doesn't the kennetic energie would collaps it.

(first part) Trust me, with the exception of Amsterdam and a few university cities we love America. In fact I feel ashamed of these people. They have no idea (or don't care) you guys and the Brits and the Canadians sacrificed their sons to liberate us. So Mea maxima culpa, these narcissists from A' dam (most of them not real A'dam natives btw) don't represent us. I just wished we could drop them into LA or Portland and call it a draw :)

No surprise authoritarian regimes are all in for physical punishment. Being physically abused as a child conditiones acceptance of more extreme forms of violence as an adult. Sad world.

Anyone here SERIOUSLY believe that children now - especially teens - are more respectful , more knowledgeable , better behaved , healthier than a couple of generations ago . Drug use , unplanned pregnancy , gang violence , mob behaviour including assaults , home invasions store raids by masses of kids , mass shootings in schools etc were virtually unknown until very recently but appear to be increasing in frequency and severity .I am not going to mention race as it might be considered racist.

This time it is important to vote for the less bad option because otherwise your democracy will be in danger. Believe a German, we've seen that happening. Please vote, JP!

With compulsory voting the entire business of stopping people from voting goes away. Have US states have their federal funding slashed by their voter turnout and suddenly it'll get way easier to vote.

The reason we have the duo Biden-Trump on the ballot, yet again, is because Americans our age do not vote. Whether you want it or not, the next president will enact policies that will have a tremendous impact on our future. Ask yourself who amongst these 2 grandpas will do you the least harm. Not voting is not a form of protest here, it's a sign of defeat and there's a lot of people counting on our generation being defeated and not voting, for them to bring back the "good old days".

2:26 Comparisons of states of law with those without a Western understanding of law are not helpful. Because those in power in such states can prohibit or allow anything they want, without an ultimately effective authority that could put a stop to it. (In other words, in states without a (functioning) separation of powers). 4:50 that's completely crazy. Ultimately, it puts a simple right to freedom ABOVE the right to physical integrity of *children*! (And ignores psychological findings of the last decades). What else can you expect in a country that denies scientific findings on a grand scale when big business makes more money from it.. 5:39 A developing state with regard to human rights. What should I expect from a country where states are allowed to murder murderers. 8:47 Omg.. and I thought our German private channels had the lowest standards in the world. Is that really the presenter who polarizes with his own opinion in order to generate ratings? 13:01 That's why it's better never to visit a country where the death "penalty" is allowed. Miscarriages of justice? Out of the question. That's why I will never visit most states in the USA.

Not voting in elections allows for the election of dictators by a small percentage of voters which is why the USA is in such a mess after the disaster of Trump.Be carefull that you hang on to your democracy because once gone it may not be easy to get back and there were attempts after the 2020 election for the USA to lose it

I never visited US but I am really skeptical about its lifestyle. My boyfriend wants to live in US and he likes there, however, I am a social/outdoors person who loves to walk from point A to point B even if it is 5 km or so. I find it safe here to do. I find it fun to do because I see different areas, different houses, coffee shops on my way which are really different from each other so it is pleasing to the brain to see everything around. You cannot predict what type of architecture you will see after 100 meters of walk. Here in Europe we have a lot of parks nearby houses, people enjoy walking there any time of the day with their dogs and socialize. It gives dopamine because you don't have identical moments. I am afraid that I will fall in depression if I move US, I don't see a life there.

Lol! I fell from a roof as a kid and through a floor which just caused some scratches while exploring abandoned houses and farms. . We didn't just climb walls and trees. In the Netherlands we also let our kids play outside on their own. To us people from the states seem a bit overprotective in a way that, in my opinion, it takes away too much freedom to explore and being adventurous. Kids also learn to stand on their own through playing and exploring the world around them. And because we live in a relatively safe society and environment we can provide them that freedom. Don't put your kids in a cage just because you are afraid of the world outside. Because then you learn them to be afraid of the world too. :P

So a teacher can arbitrarily 'spank' a child because they are judge, jury and executioner. Does that mean that a parent can kick the fk out of said teacher because they disagree with what they did and it was made in bad judgement
