I don't understand having them in a colander from the start. Why not pour the water over them (or plunge them into it) then drain into a colander?

Unfortunately most cellophane noodles you see exported from China are made mostly out of starch.

All recipes for spicy/salted almonds require blanched almonds with skin off. I will try leaving the skins on after immersing them in boiling water. .

Hi. I’m home alone. My parents don’t come home much and I was hungry. Had no instant food. My 15yr old ass made something for my first life. Thanks

I think 10-15 minutes of soaking the noodles is way too long. I put mine in hot water for 2 minutes! They are not soggy at all. So much better than those awful ''miracle noodles''!

Not sure this should be called a casserole in my house, but it sure seems like it would make a nice goulash or stew. Where I live a casserole is a dish in which food may be baked and served which is a baking dish or vessel. Casseroles are almost always baked in an oven. A goulash is a stew made with meat (such as beef), assorted vegetables, and paprika stirred together over a heat source.

Good job on the video however you used way too many nuts! I'd opt for more cheese and way fewer nuts! Despite the cost, pine nuts rule along with high quality extra virgin first pressed olive oil

Why use canned dough when you can purchase frozen dough? Frozen dough is so simple, Use frozen bread loaves and cut them into slices, cover with butter then sugar mix and place them on the side of the bread pan, do spray pay. Something you can't get in a can is whole wheat dough which has a different flavor to you bread. When you remove from the pan after baking put a simple glaze on the bread.
