  Unfortunately this nest tree has been damaged alot by hurricanes and is open very few leaves branches fullness to protect eagles eaglets from predators owls pesky little dive bombing birds as a result E23 ALSO F23 M15 finding sleeping shelter furtther away in trees in pasture far away for sleeping protection etc. Dont be surprised if M15 F23 decide to build nest in a more protective tree. Any more hurricanes bashing this tree and nothing left to eagle nest in. Too bad bot more trees planted in this area for future eagles to stay like M15 F23 E23 OWLS PESKY DIVE BOMBING BIRDS NO PROTECTION SHAME WE MAY LOSE EAGLE WATCHING

  I was walking my dog one day, and there was a mockingbird on top of a parking lot sign inside my apartment complex. Next thing I know, the bird dive b*mbed my dog at her rear end, and flew off without my dog even noticing. But I noticed, and I got mad at the bird for trying to attack my dog. There weren't even any trees around for any nests, so I don't know what it's problem was. Crazy bird.

  It makes me wonder if mockingbird is trying to protect a nearby nest. If that's the case, then why would the mockingbird build a nest so close to the eagles' nest to begin with? If they didn't build so close, then they wouldn't have to worry about the eaglets hanging around in the branches of their own tree, close to their own nest. Silly mockingbirds.
