    I got em all and am now at like 550 completed missions. Tho i had times where i played A LOT and therefore wasn’t able to really get overclocks in, i now got a new setup w a good keyboard and a good mouse and man im in love w this game again, im now consistently playing for about 4 months and recently finished all oc’s on gunner, and when i did this weekly edd i got 2 blanks and was the happiest i’ve been in a long time. Gotta get em all, and you will too! Rock and Stone!

    The brigter objects mod positions itself as accessibility mod. So if anything, it should make odjects and ores glow when there is a flare nearby, sopeople with wision problems can still notice them, yet other players can't abuse it to see everything across the map

    Did you cut out the core stone fight at 1:11:00 because you zipline cheesed it? Haha I'd like to hear your thoughts on the corespawn tbh. To me they seem out of place difficulty-wise by drg standards. Too tanky/mobile, people seem to have a lot of trouble killing them so everyone I've seen just zipline cheeses them, which ruins the fun imo. Maybe a nerf is needed so people can actually fight them fairly rather than resorting to cheese tactics

    Most people don't realize "my version of the game is of course the most fun for me" and "everyone should play it my way" are two logically contradictory statements. And some people can't cope with the fact that some people can't cope with something, which is a self proven statement. I don't even see a solution because there is no actual problem at all. Most of my friends don't even play haz 5 and I never even tried to invite them to a higher difficulty. But when I play with them I don't think neither of us enjoy the game any less.

    My real issue with Haz 5+ is that the Hazard Bonus you get is minimal compared to the difficulty and increase in time for the mission.

    All that kiting and only power attack reminds me of when physics got completely broken and could not interact with anything. When out of ammo, and needing to take an ammo from the resupply, the mouse had to be perfectly still on a pixel, the player had to also be perfectly still, so only the calm between clearing all the bugs and the next wave is there a few chances for holding E to take the ammo to completely fill up the progress bar. That failed way too much. If this glitch still exists, the only way into the drop pod is to walk from terrain onto the ramp and then from the ramp to the exit zone.

    the stalker is my new most hated enemy, not for the right reasons, but for the wrong reasons. I don't understand why it can't be stunned. I mean, that's the whole point of this enemy, to get rid of it before it hits you, but there are few weapons that can one-shot the stalker. This B can reposition 90% of the time. And it's not the player's fault that it's able to do that. It should be vulnerable to stuns and even if it says it's immune to electricity, be somewhat affected by it. Maybe it can't turn invisible while electrocuted, but it doesn't take damage from it and stays electrocuted longer than other bugs. Maybe also an AoE electro blast when electrocuted (even by IFGs) that damages bugs and players equally, maybe creates the same shield down effect when a player is in the AoE. But no, just a new B as an enemy.

    I mean I like ¾ of the new enemies added with this season. I shouldn't complain. Last season all new enemies added were garbage. The spreader is still not balanced imo. It shouldn't be able to hit the place you stand without you being able to see it. Artillery in a game that clashes so many reactionary elements is just not fun imo. I mean I also have a solution for this, the engi platforms could neutralize the gunk, but that also dissolves it, maybe make it part of the repellant addative idk. At least it's not able to poop all over the drillavator ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

    I can see why the average game time is around how long it takes to promote 1 dwarf, the overclock grind suddenly becomes very apparent. Its very likely you won't get what you want, maybe you'll get something cool for another class but thats gonna be a whole other grind to use depending what you got and you can't use those overclocks in a deep dive without grinding a promotion on that dwarf. Plus the whole potential of taking 18 weeks to get what you want. Personally I save scum the weapon drop from the forge, i feel like its a pretty fair point to choose an overclock for the work it takes.

    I've not tried this but I want to ask if sweet tooth increases the amount of red sugar dropped if a dwarf running it mines sugar at full health... It's probably not true but my basis on this is seeing the icon for it appear despite being full health. Again, haven't tested, would like to ask though if anyone can confirm. Also I vaguely remember some sort of projectile giving health with vampirism. I think it may have been the patrol bot's rockets strangely. ... Let's be honest, iron will getting a badass song you like to play while you clutch through modded is personally, a huge plus to consider.

    The only way I know to play with mods on Xbox is to have a person on PC play the Xbox version of the game usually through the xbox app for PC. Then they can invite a friend who is on the Xbox console to their game which is modded.

    700 hour scrub who's never gone into modded difficulties here, gonna waste your time anyway. I settled on Haz5 because it's right at my personal limit of what I think is challenging but not frustrating. At Haz5 fall damage is already brutal and enemies can take a player down in 2-3 hits (often depending on if his shield recharges between hits), but enemies are right at that perfect point of toughness where swarms dissolve when things are going well but a couple of grunts are genuinely intimidating when things go wrong. Deep Rock is one of only two shooters I enjoy playing at the highest vanilla difficulty. Other shooters that rely on increasing enemy HP and damage numbers for difficulty like Halo 2, Halo Reach, Fallout 3, Bulletstorm etc. lose their flow past the second-highest setting because making the enemies too tough slows the game down and making the player too fragile forces more cautious gameplay which is boring and also slows the game down. I avoided Haz6 in DRG because I expected it to be a speedbump to gameplay and to tilt risk:reward too much just like (Hardest) difficulty does in other shooters, while also exacerbating the annoyance of (mostly avoidable but rarely amusing) deaths by fall damage or environmental hazards that already abrade me in Haz5. Haz5+ being a modular difficulty is really interesting to me and something I can't complain about because I'm exactly the kind of player that will not touch the Player Vulnerability and Enemy Toughness settings with a barge pole, but will get excited about having More Enemies to shoot and having to play faster to avoid more Aggressive Enemies.

    As a vanilla player, who struggles with all combat games. I’ve tried and tried haz 5 and I cannot get past it. Maybe if I put in more time than I’m willing to I could, but I like my playtime. My only wish is that the vanilla modifiers could have also applied to other hazards so I could play with them. RnS.

    My friends and I had to do this with a normal Dread and a Hiveguard simultaneously. We were on a 3 cocoon mission and thought it'd be hilarious if we popped all three simultaneously. So we did that and got two normal dreads and a hiveguard. We took out the first Dread with no problem, but the builds we took were pretty ammo-inefficient, and we were running low by the time we were partway through the second Dread. Another thing was that this map had almost no Nitra; it was kind of insane how little there was, so we ran out of what resupplies we had by that point. By that point, we realized we fucked up, and we were basically out of ammo. Half of us were desperately scrounging for Nitra while the other half was taking on the second Dread and trying to dodge the Hiveguard's volleys. We reached the point where we had 79 NITRA and one of my friends thought he had found the final piece... but it was only 0.2... So, realizing that we have no choice but to use our pickaxes, we take out the second Dread and go through the agonizing process of fighting a practically full-health Hiveguard with melee only and dying over and over because it was Haz 5, and we constantly had like 5 health. We SOMEHOW managed to do it. It was one of our greatest Deep Rock moments, but we were all kind of burnt out after that.
