    You’ve definitely put miles on your stones. Your 1000 grit is noticeably thinner compared to my 6 month old. Great work!

    Interesting, a lot of these techniques are also used to make acoustic guitars. Now I can make my own Taylor Guitar whenever I want! Such a great channel I stumbled upon!

    Crazy how not a word was spoken and yet this video has influenced my perception and style of woodworking more than any other I've seen. By any chance do you know the formal/technical name for the joint used to join the stretcher to the double leg posts? I thought perhaps a double T-bridle, but upon searching I didn't find anything similar by that name. Thanks!

    Interesting! I've been thinking of doing just this - small Japanese joinery. I an just starting to collect the wood and tools. I was thinking of staining one of the pieces in cherry besides for contrast.

    I am about to start a similar project but one thing I missed in this form was a more purposeful stabilizer design, in other words not just bar clamps to the legs. I'd like something more elegant and "permanent." It's gorgeous though.
