In circa 2008-2009 we submitted a contract proposal to act as the Sr. Health Advisor (CEO Dawson) and wrote a white paper on how we proposed to reduce maternal mortality rate and the under 5 mortality rate in Nigeria, both of which were excessively higher than the international average. On of the items we addressed in the paper was the factor of indoor cooking with open flame and smoke exposure, impacting the lungs of women and children [and also that of resident males] within the rural areas of the country. We worked with a faith-based leader who connected us to perform a survey on the affected populations, pregnant women, new mothers, and their children under 5 years of age. At this time, new types of stoves for indoor use had been developed in the international development groups which we had been collaborating with for years regarding health. We suggested the households with pregnant and new mothers and children under 5, be provided with access to these devices through USAID grants and funding. In all of these cases, we include the value of a father's presence and encourage his health and well being as well. It takes a village. May you and yours...Be In Good Health.

I currently have Covid and my symptoms are headache, cough, sneezing, blowing nose a lot, achy body, fatigue, but also I have trouble “feeling” my body…if I scratch my head or touch my stomach, back, or anywhere on my body, I have trouble feeling it. Like I’ve lost my sensation feeling. I also feel nauseas but im not sure that’s related. I honestly have trouble expressing how my body feels. I also notice I have trouble breathing when doing light exercise but that could possibly be unrelated I have had all of my vaccinations besides the most recent one, which I am surprised because I had only a month prior gone to my doctor for my yearly checkup and she never mentioned it
