I can't thank you enough. I don't know how many RL days I've spent float and bottom fishing the usual spots for this fish. I tried your spot and got it 3rd cast (1st cast blanked, 2nd cast caught a Unique Bone fish). My set up was NileChasseur rod, GiantSpin 900SE reel, 0.32mm braid, 4/0 24g Buzzbait Acid green/Orange, x-series Nymphes 10cm. Stop and Go on setting 2, bouncing along the bottom, couldn't get 3 dots trying to keep it on the bottom. Day1 caught and landed by 05:30 Air 28C Water 29C Sunny, High pressure. Wind E 0.5 m/s.
Well done Kevin with using the float/bottom rods they will mainly catch drums and bass depending on the bait. Same with the buzzbait and xseries nymphs it catches everything but for sure it will land you all them flounders too 😅 it never fails. Thank you for the feedback and watching the video ☝️.

Sup D, defiantly slow for the jobfish, hook size is important I was using 2/0 and sea worms during peak daytime I got no bites at night and strangely only on the Mokonzi none on the Ryoshi Kaito HJ using the same set up as the Mokonzi, anyway Blue Skies, I might ask ya to join me for the Fishing Together Kaiji No Ri - Colorful Squid Chain Reward for the Gigantic Striped Marlin fish monster ?....
For sure them green job fish are slow they do bite and stop so definitely ofto rotate around to get them bitting again. For the squid chain mission I do have a video up for that it’s pretty fun once you know the spot and use the right lure if I have time I will stop by to help.

It’s a souvenir shop gear for tokens and you of have 1000 reputations to get it
Probably one of the easiest monster fish mine was 600 even but I am pretty disappointed in the ocean map overall myself
The monster was easy but the first mission with the lobsters took a few I will say. A lot of mix feelings for the ocean map so I understand

@brysonjensen6332 for the long fights I think players complaining that the game was to easy yk so they increase the fight. For me I wish we had more opportunity for grind xp and use the map for an advantage like that but we all ended up back at the Congo. It’s a great map I think but I understand somethings are missing.

The handbook says spoon and spinner but I've not seen anyone post a video of catching him on either of those.
I mainly catch him on worm lure as said in the description of the video. Tried spoon once but no bites.
@@dsuniverse9576 thanks, I've been trying a worm on a 2/0 jig but no bites after lots of casts. Any suggestions? I suspect he's not in the exact position as the video but randomly placed in that region. Am I right? Does time of day matter?
@Skyebooo he does move around but staying in the spot I show in the video should be good and yes time of day does matter. Also you of to try the corn/ artificial corn on bottom rod now and then. Honestly this is the toughest legendary in the game so not a easy one

The mission is quite easy and can be done in different ways if you have questions you could ask but from the way you confront the issue don’t think I will appreciate the feedback though

I'm still confused when I stop and go or twitching, the fish only takes a moment and then leaves, I have a really hard time getting fish on, how do I make it always strike?
That’s how the recent Nike perch been behaving a lot of bumps but no takes honestly just go to a smaller hook 11/0 or 12/0

How long were you fishing before you hooked him on? Been fishing 10 mins and he hasn’t bit I’m using size 3/0 and worm
Around almost an I hour then I reset by restarting the game and he bite.

Got him on my line with minimal tension on the Gaureiher Rod and it snapped. Any tips?
Sounds like a glitched that happened to me before I would recommend using the strongest braided line you have that can fit the rod most likely 44lb braid. I would keep trying you got this 👍
