Perfect Irish Trip was set up to help you plan out your perfect Irish trip and save you time. Instead booking you a holiday done by thousands of others, we want to work with you, to help you build your own personalised trip and to help you get the best of what Ireland has to offer YOU. We know that not everyone has the same wants or needs when it comes to arranging their holiday, but we also know how time consuming it can be to research through all the different internet pages, trying to find sites you like, museums you like, accommodations you like and restaurants you like - without even checking through the reviews for each of these. Instead we have done this for you. We believe that even though Ireland is a small country, it is also big and beautiful with plenty to offer everyone. Perfect Irish Trip is time saving holiday planning.

Youre so beautiful. And Ireland too!
My family live in Carna! I grew up visiting the gaeltacht in connemara! They all speak Irish 1st so I am very lucky to have such a rich family history! They've lived in the same area since the 1400s. My Dad is buried there on Mweenish Island.
You'll be speaking Muslim soon. 6 million Irish and hundreds of Muslims over taking your little island. That's what you get for being eu dustbin from Germany and France
Thank you. Fantastic information
Finally, i found a video of someone who actually knows what they are talking about when it comes to irish public transportation, as someone who uses PT almost every day i agree with everything in this video, im so sick of people who've probably rode on a bus or train once or twice like 15 years ago and still think its all the same, the most common myth i hear is the price of a train, for some reason, there is a lot of people in Ireland who think the trains are outrageously expensive, but it just isnt the case, i get the train from Limerick to cork (return) for about €11 total but when i first started taking it, my brother (who has only been on one train to Dublin in 2011) tried to convince me not to use the trains cause he thought they were like €60 lol, but i spend af fraction of what he pays to go to cork because he drives and petrol here is expensive as fuhh, especially in recent times because of the war in Ukraine
Its terrible, dublin bus have the gall to claim "reliability has DROPPED to 95%".... Joke. Not to mention iarnrod eireann's posters claiming similar. This country is a joke, all our people are leaving as it's so bad so save yourself and live somewhere nicer, we all will be, except the scammy politicians and they're greasy palmed buddys.
I have been to Ireland twice (1979 and 2022). I have found two different Irelands. Transportation has ALWAYS been much better than most of the United State. Irish rail travel was the best experience. I did find I couldn't find a way into Port Magee to see the Skellig experience. It also surprised me that I didn't find travel into the Gaeltacht of County Cork. Other than that I found travel to be FANTASTIC.
Was there earlier this month. Walking, buses and trains were our main modes of transportation. Everyone is nice. Ask if you need help. It takes a moment. We took a train from Dublin to Galway with an open return. Our hotel was walking distance from the station. We took a bus tour when we visited Galway. There are all kinds of tours and adventures. We picked up a taxi from the airport to our hotel in Dublin central. Our driver gave us a little tour of the city. He asked and we obliged. We mainly walked clocking in 8.5 miles a day. Ireland is one of the friendliest places you’ll ever visit. We made friends with everyone. Whatever forms of transportation you take, enjoy the experience. ❤
Very good information, she needs to not talk so fast so viewers can assimilate information.
hi there, thanks for the video as it's very helpful. do you have any suggestions for taking transit from Galway to Killarney as there is no direct way. I keep hearing Bus Eireann is unreliable (not sure if that applies to this route).
For the train: be sure to ticket thru Translink and NOT Rail Ninja. Save yourself $$ and agravation
F'ing hell, I just keep getting Irish trip this irish trip that, i keep tagging them to not be recomended, or just out right block the channel but they just keep poping out. Is Ireland so desperate for tourists that it will just keep bombarding them with videos about trips to IREland. F'ing hate ireland now.
Excellent video, jam-packed with helpful information!!
Is there a specific train that goes straight from Belfast to Dublin Airport? Which rail would that be, by chance, and is there a strict set of hours of operation? Thank you!
I have done the other way, from Dublin's airport to Belfast, by Aircoach, a bus service
What her insta ID
Thank you! So helpful and you area wealth of information!!
Hello dear, I’m planning to visit Northern Ireland for holidays. Is there any public transport available to visit games of throne locations and is it safe ?
💚💚💚
We’re going to Ireland next year and we bought a eurail pass for the train for unlimited rides! Is there such a pass to buy for the buses over there so we can pay one flat rate and get rides on all buses?
Hello, how exciting!! Where are you planning to see? If you copy and paste this link it will bring you to the TFI Go App information, which will allow you to purchase bus, DART and LUAS tickets straight from your phone, whilst also helping you plan out your journey. www.transportforireland.ie/tfi-go-app/ 💚
Hi! Was just wondering how much this ticket costs and if it’s cheaper to other options suggested in this video?
How much money does we spend on one ride in bus… how to pay? Do we ask driver for ticket price????
Hello Zumara, You can purchase tickets directly from the bus drivers (In Dublin), but you will need change / coins as the drivers cannot accept change. If travelling outside of Dublin and exploring the Irish countryside, you will be able to purchase tickets directly from drivers or at ticket stations. However, as of March 2022 TFI (Transport For Ireland) introduced a new ticket purchase app to cover all types of transport across Ireland and hit will help you plan your trip and help save any worries regarding money / change for tickets. If you copy and paste this link it will bring you directly to it - www.transportforireland.ie/tfi-go-app/ 💚
just found your channel , love it looking forward to move videos
Thanks so much 🙂
We just returned from a two week trip to Ireland. No car... No problem. Bus from the airport all the way to downtown hotel was €2.6 each and left every ten minutes. (A nice bus). Tram to train was €1.5 . It was hard to tell first class from standard on the trains. And we took day trips via trains or bus tours from Dublin, Galway and Cork (the true capitol). Great craic all around!
Hi Bob, glad to hear you hear you had a brilliant trip and found the public transport system to be of great use. I find sometimes it can be easier to use than to worry about vehicle rental..... Cork will be glad to hear your thoughts on it 🙂
You should go to kinity c in ofily
Will keep an eye out for it 🙂
Rock of dunamase is old runs the king of Leinster lived there
Does the buses in Dublin accepts NFC card payments from foreign cards?
Apologies for the delayed reply. No unfortunately Dublin bus does not take non contact payments. It is something that they are looking to introduce in the future 💚
Prepay for a leap card which you can use not only on the buses but on the trains as well. Also a good idea to order a Dublin pass which gets you cheaper entry to quite a lot of museums and the zoo
Very Nice!

Wow
Hi beautiful girl
Where can you purchase tickets for buses? I'd love to spontaneously use google maps to find buses throughout rural Ireland, but would I need to purchase a ticket beforehand or can I get it on the bus? Do the buses take cash?
All buses take cash, in Dublin and across the country. Make sure you have change in your pocket to be able to pay for smaller journeys with change and that you don't over pay as Dublin buses can not give change. If you plan to do much travel across Dublin, I recommend a Leap Card, but to travel via bus across Ireland cash is easier.💚
If you have any other questions just let us know 💚
If they are LOCAL buses, as opposed to TOUR bus types, you can buy and use a LEAP CARD. 20 Euros lasted me almost three weeks. Leap CARD did not work for trains. It worked all over Ireland.
Thanks! We're coming over soon!!
Great! I hope you enjoy your time in Ireland. If you have any questions regarding any aspects of your trip, let me know.
Go hiontach a Shaoirse. Bail ó Dhia ar an obair 👏

Apologies for the VERY late reply. Thank you for letting me know. I will actually be staying in one of the houses for a wedding in Galgorm this year. Looking forward to it 💚

Do you class Northern Ireland as part of your country or the UK? Nd can Irish people (Republic) travel to Northern Ireland freely? Like without any visa or passport checks xx
I would personally consider NI as part of the UK solely due to the different currencies, ruling and laws etc, but I also think it is a huge part of Ireland due to some of the people and history etc, it is a bit complicated one. With regards to traveling to NI, until recently the UK has been part of the EU and travel could be done freely to and from, but since Brexit, I think there might be a stricter travel with boarder, not sure how it will fair out with people travelling via public transport. This has actually all happened during Coronavirus so I have yet to see what is put in place, but I have had customers and friends travel up north and have yet to hear any changes or complaints regarding traveling to Northern Ireland from the republic 🙂 I hope that all helps 💚
@@perfectirishtrip Yes it does. I'm from England. Just wanted to hear an Irish perspective on the matter. I think majority of Northern Ireland feel more connected to the UK and British identity. I might be wrong but that's what I could gather from online and talking to a few Northern Irish people x
I love the website!!💖 I used its soo good! It helped my family and!! Instead looking up all night places to go!! #YOUROCKGIRL!! #YOURAGENUIS!
I love you x
Hi! I am so Inlove with Ireland Dublin since I watched this movie called Leap Year. From then on, I started dreaming I could go there someday. It's very beautiful place like what I am seeing in YT and these helpful blogs of different Irish people. I wish I could go there someday. I am from Philippines.
Hi Karen, That is so good I am glad you are finding helpful tips for your visit to Ireland. It is a really beautiful place. Hopefully soon you will be able to visit from the Philippines 😀 I hope to visit your home country someday too 💚
Always good content. Dingle in low season is such a great spot. Cannot imagine it during the Summer months, tho. The vids are getting better and better. Well done.
Thank you very much for your feedback! Yes Dingle or especially the Slea Head Drive during the peak summer months, would not be a good time 😱 !!
Downpatrick Head and Dun Briste were a favorite. Highly recommended! We visited as Storm Barney rolled in - wheeeee!
Oh wow!! I would say it was wild that day! You are right they are stunning places!!
Lovely video - keep on with the content, it's enjoyable.
Thank you very much Larry! Really appreciate the support! 🙂
@@perfectirishtrip of course! I love anything Ireland and you're doing a great job helping people enjoy it, too.
Excellent tips - nicely done with highlighting the varied methods to get around. Very helpful!
Thank you Larry, hopefully it will be of some help to anyone visiting Ireland.
Some great tips here. I found the Luas super easy to use and I highly recommend people give it a whirl when in the Dublin metroplex.
Thank you Larry. We agree, the Luas makes getting around Dublin super easy 🙂
I Don’t need to know anything from your videos since I was born and still am living in Ireland. I just want to see how much people know about my home country.
Ok
