Aussie Outback Supplies is a manufacturer, importer and distributor of products for the Australian Outdoor, Mining and Industrial markets. Founded in 1991, the then fledgling company developed and manufactured the first Western Australian-made AOS swag for the serious outdoorsman and camper.

How do you import double sharpened edged knives?
👍👍
👍👍
I.m. Sri Lanka
I dont really know their quality on the chefs knives, but i can guarantee their machetes are absurdly high quality, they rust, they all do, but goddamn they also last decades
Size of big knife?
Got the green one today and it’s amazing! I used a black one for school for about 2 years before I decided to get a new one, they hold up very well! Would wish to see pencil cases/bags and laptop cases as well.
It can fit two large files and a laptop bag as well as a diary, large novel and spare stationary however I wish it had a drink bottle holder on the side of it. It would be nice if there were accessories you could buy and get added to your bags such as bottle holders, ID pockets, and more.
Best swags ever made
Got one of your 80L gear bag I use as a overnight bag when I go away also got one of your tracker swags top quality products great aussie company thank you AOS.
Can you set it up on a stretcher?
Theres a lot of talk about their chef knives being really bad, but I sharpened an older one for a couple minutes and it cut like nothing ive ever used. Very comfortable to hold, nice and light... found nothing wrong with them
thanks for your feedback, i must admit that we have not heard negative feedback for their forged century series and we have had the same results as yourself.
Ive got 1 for my shotgun. It's amazing quality and I'm 100% sure that will last my life time. Worth every penny
Great way cutting the wings.🤙🏾
Bought one today, stoked!
hey mate who did you apporach to design that bag?
We designed the pro series tool bags ourselves as one of our team members is a heavy duty mechanic by trade and was able to have the samples tested in the field and improvements made as we go.
Great work
Is there loops so you can put a sling on it and carry over shoulder ?
We have D rings on either end of the 56" x 14" and the 63" x 14" rifle bags and will be suitable for a sling.
@@aussieoutbacksupplies Looking at the shotgun, 52" Bag, to use out on a sporting layout really needs to have the D Rings for a sling, any options there ?
@@Method4XNA we are looking at this on all DLX bags in the future but may be 6 months away at this stage unfortunately.
@@aussieoutbacksupplies Thanks for the reply, ping us once you have added the to 52" Shotgun Bag , All the Best
Love to see quality aussie made gear! Just ordered one today👍
Thanks For your support mate :)
@@aussieoutbacksupplies more than happy to support an Aussie business!
I have looked at many Tool bags in the market and i must say this is the absolute best out there. You can see the attention to details and it comes with a few good extras like the fiber poles and the quick release shoulder strap. It does also stand up nice and always in shape. I do find my one to be perfect in every aspect!!
Thanks for your feedback mate, really appreciate it. we have a couple of upgrades coming soon to make them even better!
You guys should put the link to your website in the video description. 👍
done thanks mate :)
Good stuff. You’ve done that before! Thanks for the video.
Just ordered mine. Looks like a good piece of kit.
thanks for your support mate!

Is the tramontina century as good as a wustof?
In short no. However I have Japanese knives made my a very famous maker as well as wusthof and a number of others. Once I bought a white handle tramontina chefs knife out of pure curiosity. It shocked me at how bloody good it is. The handle just fits my hand, it stays sharp well beyond other cheap knives, doesn’t flex during normal use and is dead set one of my favourite knives. It is easy to sharpen and takes on a great edge. My carbon Japanese knives are amazing to use but a total pain in the ass. I can almost guarantee no one has bought a Tramontina and said - what a waste of money.
In my country the tramontina costs much less than German ones, so it's a better choice. I don't know if the German is forged too.
no but it is also much cheaper
@@vincentowen85The century line of tramontina are forged knives. Unlike the white handled ones. So it should be much better.
Quality, Performance wise, no. But Price, yes.
Do these come in the one size? And you just join 2 for a queen swag? Cheers.
yes mate, they are only in K/S size and excatty right, you are able to join 2 together to make a Queen size sleeping bag.
is a KA-BAR 1213 Full Size Fighting Knife ok to carry in australia? i knows its on an australian site but idk what the laws on carrying it are since it might be considered to be made to be able to harm a person according to Queensland laws
Please Read your local legislation for carry laws as we are not able to comment on or share our opinion to knife carrying, due to the difference across Australia and the massive grey areas incorporated. the below link may help. www.police.qld.gov.au/weapon-licensing/law-and-weapons
Always innovating
Quality product and very practical. Purchased the large PVC for an apprentice plumber and it is ideal.
Can you send me the link so I can order a Large Yellow and Blue one.
Is this another product manufactured in Perth? Bought one for the Mrs to put in her tracker and she raves about it! We couldn’t work out what the buckles were for, now we know!
unfortunately this is not made in Perth, this is part of our small international series of products made for our swags, i am not aware of any Australian made sleeping bags currently.
Nice idea and practical
