The goal of Sicut has always been to supply stain-free, high carbon bladeware at affordable prices with 100% emphasis on function. Spencer prototypes are extensively field tested before becoming SICUT production models.

-Manufactured with an ergonomic, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene injected handle which withstands both high and low temperatures.
-Have an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification.
-Feature a stain-free, high-carbon steel blade that achieves a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle. This easy to sharpen design makes them perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.
All SICUT Canvas wraps are Australian Made. They are manufactured in the AOS Swags & Bags Factory to the high standard that everyone has become accustomed. Sicut wraps feature our 14oz heavy duty poly/cotton grey rip stop canvas with a heavy duty clear PVC front to easily identify blade shapes.
