  I don't get the comments criticizing him for quantizing this. Your goal as a MUSIC PRODUCER should be to get your musical ideas and vision out and make something that reflects what you hear in your head, not become a master instrumentalist. Sure, that helps, but he's not saying this with make you better at your instrument. To consider this "cheating" is just stupid.

  or maybe jus practice a lil more and play the lick right? that’s the problem w technology and music😂 mediocre players are able to perfect their sound without the talent necessary to actually be considered a professional instrumentalist/ musician. However the term musician is so subjective that almost nobody understands what i mean when i say that. lick was dope tho, even tho it’s artificial👍 there’s more leeway for folks that record samples n loops, u jus need the best sound u can get for the recording, so if the easiest and most efficient route is this, make that money my friend. Just sad to see a guitarist be complacent with a mediocre take just because u can fix it in the recording. Good luck getting on stage w that mindset.

  I bought Ableton Live 5 when it first came out (2005) I have the disc's and the 25 character code. The code doesn't work anymore, without explanation, and they refuse to honor it. $500 gone. Thanks Ableton They are not trustworthy

  I’ve heard people really like using pro tools for recording live instrumental performances. Ableton I would wager is more versatile overall even if Protools is still considered the Industry Standard (weird title to hold in 2024 😅)
