  Well, I have sprouted directly in the dirt, without removing any skin, loquat, orange, tangerine and clementine trees (I hope I got the names right, as English in not my main language). One o the clementine, and one of the tangerine tree seeds did die before sprouting, so perhaps doing it as you explain does have advantages. However, I have some healthy little trees growing up.

  As a weed grower i sugest to use ionised water and put some pbarma grade hydrogen peroxide in to the water. Max 2ml per 1 liter of water. It helps the grow hormons to accelerate.

  I have one seed. It has a very thick root. I keep forgetting to fix a pot for it 😂

  !2, Do Not Over WATER! I got root rot 1 year. All that time growing her. Now being Boredoms set in. After every avocado we ate I put them in a cup water & now have 30 rooting. 5 are 4 inches long. ?MY Question iz?.... When is the time to pot it??? I have 1 with the Top stim at 10 inches with ity bity tiny leaves. I wish u tube would allow a picture in the comment section.

  Is it ok to let it sit out for a couple of days so the skin dries to easily pick off? Or does the skin need picked off while wet?

  Avocados don't grow "true from seed" if you think you're going to get the same avocados you bought from the seed. Sorry you're wasting lots of time and effort for nothing! 🤷

  Are you supposed to pinch the tops out of the actual tree part as it's coming up to make it bushier and not grow directly straight up

  Because they have been modified genetically probably. Anything that grows on a tree or bush should be able to self seed. Its survival of the species. Anything seedless, is man crafted and not natural. Ive never had an organic fruit without a seed.

  Appreciate you. Seems like every year i have to look up how to start seed, more so, which way is up. Then i find i already knew that but reinforce ment is nice and u never know what u might learn from another individual. Again thankyou so much. I live in mississippi, during the winter, so far they've all died. Anyway I keep trying
