If you replace the hvac unit with the Canadian model, you can bypass the screen and directly adjust the climate via a knob.

Hey Kyle I’m looking at getting new tyres for my Type R. Do you have a recommendation for a tyre which isnt too expensive and good for performance? I currently have the stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4s on which came with the car but they are like $600+ AUD per tyre plus they can be super uncomfortable as there is very little sidewall. I’m hoping for something with a bit more compliant and cheaper.
I’d personally recommend the Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02, they’re gonna perform great and be cheaper than the Michelins! Thats actually what I’m putting on my car very shortly

@@DynamiteDB I’ve never actually had them on any of my vehicles so I cannot speak from experience, but from what I’ve heard they’re okay. Not as sticky as the Michelin but not nearly as expensive

I don’t remember the exact number, but it came with every gasket we needed

😂 that’s understandable, I’d say a 6 or 7. You can definitely tell it’s there, but it’s not a straight piped mustang
Not too loud, not too quiet. Its just the right mix between sound and tone. You can hear it a bit while inside the cabin. Burbles every shift🥰

For the 11th gen set up, no spacer or rolling is needed? Does it rub?. Trying to get wheels like these without dropping the car. Lol
Yeah we did no modification! Just slapped the wheels on and drove off lol the specs are 18x8.5 +35

I had the D2 for a little over 2 years, and from what I can tell I think my shocks are holding up pretty good :)
@@kylepalaian Oh wow im surprised because many people that used lowering springs told me that the stock shocks wears out pretty fast. I just had mine dropped on an eibach springs as well. I'm hoping I don't need to change my OEM shocks for a good while.

@@kylepalaian For sure! the springs are amazing. More center of gravity makes a big difference. I'm also about 4 fingers low from my front lip to the ground with my wheels and tires setup 😅

The system was $850 and I don’t think a catback will void the warranty! (I mean I don’t think it should but you never know with dealerships)
Was just watching a fk8 type r kill switch vid and came across the channel def get it a lil lower still looks great

Press and hold the window switch down and hold it for 5 seconds after is stops do the same for the up position, congratulations you just re calibrated the window safely stop

Is the droning bad?
Not at all! If you’re going 70+ just cruising you can’t even hear it! Even driving slow around town, you don’t really notice it until you stomp on the gas

I only notice drone at 4k rpm when coasting. The pops and crackles going slow are a little much.

Personally i feel the chrome stands out much better imo, I've heard nail varnish remover is good for removing sticky label/ adhesive pad residue.

We thought the red clashed with the blue paint too much, but the red badges do look good
