  I am part of the unfortunate 4% but currently only 2-3 PPD. This is the best explanation I have seen for the options. I am currently getting a Cystoscopy next week with advance mail sling scheduled 10 days later. I am 14 months out from my prostatectomy and wish I could have moved my urologists along a little faster with the options. I had 6 months of physical therapy that I had to beg mu urologist to get and that did help, but the biggest help was to quit using the Tamsulosin! I was 4 PPD and my doctor told me after the surgery to continue using it but never told me to stop. I quit and went to 2 PPD. My therapist was surprised that I was still on it. I am in Cincinnati which is not too far and wish I had watched this before I did anything.

  Four years later, and still, there are no independent studies supporting shockwave therapy. The only places where you can get positive testimonials are the places that actually sell the equipment., And that is not credible.

  Amazing video! So helpful thanks. I have a grade 3 varicocele in my left and grade 1 in my right. I would like to get myself a penis pump and was wondering if this is dangerous if I get my grade 3 varicocele blocked off through a microsurgery first? My urologist doesn't want to operate on my grade 1 testicle but I am concerned that if I use a penis pump it might make my varicocele worse if they are not first blocked with surgery. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  I had pain in right testicle i was afraid the cause was varicocele Thankfully it was just my kidney got infection and nothing was serious and i had no sign of varicocele Still i hope those who have it a speedy recovery

  Yeah, I think I'll stick with diet and exercise. I have been single for about 7 years. I think I finally found a GF, and I had to make an excuse because I was not getting total erection when we started making out. I have type 2 diabetes that I have been not controlling well along with a lot of stress lately. I am getting back on my diet and supplement regimen with exercise because I know ED is the result of underlying problems

  Geez so glad this guy isn’t my urologist. A permany destruction of your penis with a penis implant of oral meds don’t work? Is this dude serious. He didn’t even talk about Botox or Pshot injections. He didn’t cover psych ED or desensitized ED. Do not listen to this guy if penile implant is the only solution if oral meds don’t work. I’m a healthy, fit make at 47 and wake-up up with my junk working. That means my vascular system is working. Unbelievable.
