They should've been recognized and awarded nationally as soon as they started their 50th year as a band. The longest running bad ass American band ever.
Just look how smooth Dusty is. That's the best word to describe him. Smooth. His tone is ridiculous, Frank's on the backbeat like a boss and that gives Billy room to do all his magic. What a band.

They are the coolest blues rockin mofo's on the planet. ZZ Top lives on!
Goddamn man.. Billy Gibbons could melt the iceberg that sank the Titanic with those chops.. My names zach i came from the 80's and My parents literally called me ZZ top as a nickname.. big part of why I picked up the guitar and bass!! so fortunate to have baddass parents to show me those videos when I was like 4 or 5 years old!
Then out to California through the forests and the pines. Ah, take me with you, Jesus.
1:42 What a seamless transition from A to G! That was properly executed.
I've NEVER gotten tired of hearing them play. The SAME 3 guys since the beginning have put out a catalog of music that bridges rock, blues and everything in-between. I CAN'T believe that they ONLY got to play 2 songs here. They're SO underated even though they're in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame. I hope that they keep on making music forever!

Was there and it was amazing. Still chills.

As I have heard others say for some time now, there comes an age (turning 52 next week) when your music icons are going to reach the end of the tour. The initial response is often "so sad, no more new songs", but it should be thanks for all of the songs, concerts and memories, in my aging opinion. Be at peace Dusty and thanks for the memories.

The performance of Waiting for the Bus is perfection...
Dam that a jam!!!!! Bravo....new fav song
Saw them in Dallas starting in 1972 thru 2004 Crossroads Guitar Festival and saw them at least 10 times. Love them and will forever miss Dusty.
Hell, if you've been playin with the same dudes for almost 50 years you'd be sync'd up too. What's amazing to me is just how freakin tight they are....drums, bass & guitars are on point every single note & beat even when they improvise.
Rest in peace Dusty you true legend, I used to watch this DVD at my uncle's every time I went over. There were many great acts on this bill but the Top shone as bright as any of them. They couldn't have picked a better pair of tunes to perform.
