Yea I see a war coming. Ramirez is relentless, always coming forward and a good boxer technical, not just a Mexican brawler. He has size advantage. Its gonna be a really close fight. Bivol needs to bring it all, tough night.

@@DjLou82 I still rate ramirez, all those guys he blasted through. He looked flat tonight. Usually he's very forward, jabs, chopping to the body relentless. I thought he would of pressured bivol alot more with his size advantage. Bivol very good at controlling distance and picking his moments, a very patient fighter.
Bivol is on a serious winning streak. Gonna be hard to beat. The way he dominated that Irish guy in his last fight, was VERY impressive

Yeah good boxers should be fighting minimum 3 and max 4 or 5 but only lazy ones fight once or twice a year

Big time boxers usually just fight twice a year. When you're getting lots of lots of cash in one fight, you will fight less in a year. What Canelo did back in 2020/2021 was very rare. He fought 4 times in less than a year. That's super crazy for a very high profile boxer like him.

Bivol become nervous as usually before the fight. He can control it and it makes him extremely fast and focused. We can see not a competition of 2 fighters, but a competition of 2 epoch in boxing: the epoch of 197x (Bivol's style) and the epoch of 201x (Ramirez' style)

@Theplug88 And Bivol has that too. More importantly, Bivol has a few different pitches. Fast balls can be timed when that's all a pitcher throws, but that is not the case with Bivol.

@meister emm that’s correct. In order to time a boxer he gotta show a pattern which Bivol is the master on that. He never shows a pattern and that says a lot of his IQ skills. But at the end styles make fights.
