Hello everyone from Chef Max Mariola! Today I take you into my Milanese kitchen, thanks to Febal Casa who provided me with this splendid apartment, to share a very fresh recipe with you!

This tomato soup combines the intense flavor of ripe tomatoes with the sweet taste of onions and the irresistible creaminess of stracciatella, all embellished with a touch of fresh basil and crunchy croutons for a contrast of textures that will win you over at the first bite.
Tomato soup is a classic reworked in a modern way, a quick and easy recipe that represents the essence of summer cuisine. With tomatoes of various colors, from vibrant red to yellow and green, delicately blanched onions and a generous portion of stracciatella, this dish is not only delicious but also a real feast for the eyes.
