RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Grate the zucchini well.
Leave for 15-20 minutes.
3 eggs.
Cheese 100 gr / 3.5 oz.
Italian herbs.
Red paprika.
Breadcrumbs 100g / 3.5oz.
Flour 50g / 1.8oz.
Olive oil.
Roll the zucchini in flour with breadcrumbs.
Then in the egg mixture with cheese.
Fry covered over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.
Turn over and cook covered over low heat for 5 minutes.
1 egg.
Cook until done.
3 pickled cucumbers.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 3 tablespoons.
2 garlic.
Dill.
Bon appetit!

Check for middle eastern zuchinni the turkish or greek ethnic grocery shops, they usually stock them.
