Thanks for doing the full review! I see people always reference Kiko Louriero's time in MegaDeth whenever his signature pedal is brought up, but I believe he was still in the Power Metal band Angra at the time!

You're welcome Yes that's correct. He was in Angra from 1992 till 2015 but Megadeth is just a bigger name I guess. At least to me, I have never heard of Angra before making the video tbh 😅

@@PedalJunkie Yes that makes sense. Angra are regarded as Brazilian Power Metal legends, but only if you're into Power Metal, as they are not one of those bands that received widespread name recognition outside of their genre, such as say, Sabaton or Helloween. \m/

I just picked one up off Mercari for 50$ , I think it’s pretty cool ! I have no clue how to use it to its full potential yet but right off the bat I dig it , I have the g1x4 as well , I almost prefer the G2 just because it’s so user friendly… I’m not stupid but I am lazy , and even I figured it out right away lol

Yeah, it's a very cool pedal with lots and lots of usable tonal options. I'd say for modulation effects alone it's already worth it. I been there with the g1x four as well 😄 too lazy, but then I sat down and figured it out and since then I really enjoy it

@@PedalJunkie they’re both awesome for what you pay , I like the drum beats on the G1X4… being a newb it’s something simple for me to muster up power chords to jam over 😆

I have the plain old G2. It's pretty good for what it is. Remembering which patch is which is the hard part.

Yes absolutely, I forgot to mention that in the video. If you haven't played it in a while you have to "rediscover" the whole thing

How about direct to USB recording, is it any good?

Sorry I can't answer that question, since I have never done that before. You can use it as an audio interface and that's about all I know
